I think we've reached the "no one cares" portion of this thread. You believe we are defending GOG for this decision and, in a way, we are. This doesn't mean we accept everything they've done or like the fact that they've rejected games that many of us want. But you keep saying they rejected Hatred based on a rating (which really means nothing) and content (which other games have and more). Given all the gameplay videos and reviews, Hatred is not a beautiful snowflake or unique. It's a piece of crap that Destructive Creations is playing up to be the second coming of Jesus Christ. It's not. Sure it looks pretty, but it's all flash and no substance. I watched the trailer and I watched gameplay videos and I didn't feel shocked. I felt like I was being misled.

If you want to spend $20 because you think you'll be flinging it in the faces of SJWs and conventional society, go on and do so. That doesn't make you special. That makes you an idiot. Just like those SJWs that rushed to decry the game because DC waved a big meaty steak under their noses. Just like all those people who say this game gives them a "raging boner". We've all given you the likely reason that GOG rejected this game, but your delusions render you unable to accept them. It's over, move on. Boycott GOG all you want and play your little game on Steam. We don't care. Your arguments are based on your delusions and you think that, by bringing up irrelevant tidbits such as The Witcher 3 downgrade, you solidify your position. 1 they downgraded the witcher 3, then lied to our faces
2 they went back on one of their core principles with the regional pricing
3 and now they refuse to host hatred here and arnt even trying to calm people by telling them whatever reason made them make that decision

But after all this fanboys still defending them will just caue them to keep making negatives decisions in the future, and considering that steam is overall a better service than gog I don't really see a bright future for gamers or devs(I mean if I were a dev why would I trust a group of people who kept lying to their funs about a downgraded they obviously did) here in gog

NB: I don't hate gog rather I hate steam, notice the day I joined gog? that was the second day after steam implemented the paid mods system, that was the last straw for me and made me realize that a monopoly over digital distribution was bad for everyone so I decided to support gog(ive actually told lots of people on steam about gog heck one time I even got banned for a day cause some admin said I was 'trolling'), but now that gog is behaving this way I don't really think am going to support them much
