By day 1 standards? Or in general?

As the air outside grows more and more charged, so does the atmosphere inside. The discussions run hot. "dedoporno is a traitor! ... No! Ixamyakxim is much more suspicious! ... But so is RWarehall!"
But finally it looked like a concord could be found. HijacK was deemed very suspicious indeed. "But I am not Monolith! I am true to the Clear Sky cause" he protested while they put him up against the wall, but nobody wanted to listen. Outside thunder boomed. Probably the cloud had just ruptured.

"Fuck this, time to end it now!" Sage said. "You do look like a Monolith follower, HijacK, and I am not taking any chances!" without further ado, she lifted her Kalashnikov and fired a short burst into HijacK's chest. Caughing blood and a few last, barely intelligible words, HijacK collapsed and perished.

"Well, let's see if we hit true!" Sage states. And while the ground already trembles from the advancing Emission outside, she goes about the gruesome business of opening HijacK's skull with the late Yog's surgery kit, to investigate his brain. But what is that? His brain does not show any alterations. No traces of Monolith corruption. It is a normal, human brain - and his body and nerves show no unusual energy readings either. So he didn't have any supernatural powers either

... but while everyone is still coping with the shock of having killed one of their own, the Emission strikes and everyone - nay, almost everyone - falls unconcious.

I think that we'd first have to let things play out more before I properly answer this. For now, however, I am inclined to say that it's more by day 1 standards.

The Emission was strong, but short this time. As it ends and you regain your senses, the first thing you realize is, that it is still dark outside. The sun didn't rise yet. But when dedoporno stands up, he suddenly slips in the dark on something wet. Blood. A lot of it! It comes from the throat of HypersomniacLive (or more like HypersomniacDead now), which has been viciously slit. Again a message is carved into his forhead. This time a single word: "THIEVES!"

You get some light to see better and then, just to be on the safe side, you perform the brain surgery that you already did on HijacK last night. And again the result is similar: the brain was not altered in any way and there are no signs of any energy signatures.

And we're back. That was a quick night...

So, HijacK flips town... and Hyper NK'd, so we're two town down Day 2.

I'm not sure what to make of Day 1... there are so many wagons to analyse it's hard to know where to start.

It's a shame we didn't hit scum, but I suppose the odds were against us to do so.. and we're a fair bit away from needing to be worried so hopefully we can make the most of our mistake and analyse the votes from Day 1 to our advantage.

I know there was some speculation Day 1 about multiple anti town factions, but only one NK looks positive, though I wouldn't rule out anything. So far looks like a more standard game.

I'll do a bit of a reread in light of our two recently confirmed (and unfortunately deceased) townies and see what I can see.

Yeah... I feel we may have rushed it a bit just to get a lynch because the clock was ticking, but at least we've got some info to go on. I think if we had gone to no lynch it would probably be worse as we would most likely have done the same thing Day 2 and just wasted a lynch.

I'd also like to know about that. It's almost like she didn't want Krypsyn to finish his reads, which doesn't really make sense. Or she didn't read all the thread and just leapt into hammer, which seems a more than a bit scummy..

Does this mean there might be more than one such thread?
