What if he doesn't?

Robbeasy: With Night drawing so close, is it not a good idea for us all to share our main suspects, so that if any of us don't survive the night we at least have something to go on?
Hijack- His actions and how he is over -reacting. I know this is typical Hijack and I will be called out and pounded down for anything I write here and it will never stand up to Hijacks way of seeing it all. (Sorry but it is true =) ) Basically to me I think there may be a reason for it this time and it might just be because he is scum.

Krypsyn -More a gut feeling and some small off remarks or comments. Though you have raised up to almost neutral. Almost.

Bookwyrm627 - You play style and this back and forth with your words and your posts. Could it be newness or something more. I was inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt for new reasons but I think you have pushed past that line into almost enjoying adding some confusion. So despite the whole special word episode (which is keeping me from putting you at a solid scum right now) I have you as slightly scummy.

Flub - You seem to be very quiet this game.. almost to quiet. There is very limited Flub remarks and own thoughts. I am not sure of the reasons for this yet.

IX- like I said before my mind says scum but my gut says no town.

Twilight - I have nothing to go on at all for him. So right now he is almost getting a free pass - If you do not play who will anyone ever figure out your alignment.

Books- I have you as neutral. Though I see I am on your list. *waves* However, you are wrong. I am not scum and I have been contributing a whole hell of a lot more to this game then to all my other games combined, Wanna know why? Come on I know you do! Cause I am over being shy and not knowing what to say or type and what if it gets twisted. Oh well. I want to win and I want to help so I am going to do what I can. I think being scum last game broke my shell and opened a whole new Sage up. Though I do take care of my mom as a full time job and have a part time job as well so I may not be on all day long but I am sure going to catch up and get my thoughts and points across.

Trent- The back and fourths going on had me eyeing you a bit. But right now you are leaning town.

CSPVG - (every time I type your name I have to say to myself Chris S plays video games - no joke ) I would like to see a little less lurking or if you can not get on as much as others maybe a bit more when you do have time to be on. I would like to hear more from you as I am unsure at all where you stand in my ranking so that would be neutral for now.

Robb - I have you leaning town. For now.

Dedo - I have as town right now.

Hyper - Please see Chris S plays video games- pretty much the same thing. You are a strong player why do you seem so distant this game? Is it because of RL or is it to keep out of the line of sight?

RW - You... I am not sure of you.. at all. I have a gut feeling you maybe scum. So you are leaning scum

If I missed anyone I am sorry. I will be away with work today but I will try to get on if customers leave me alone.. I mean come on who wants to buy a car on a nice day like today. sigh... I have to open now.
That's interesting. If I didn't miss any votes, Ix is back down to 1 vote after I change mine and Hijack is now climbing the rankings (about 5?). I much prefer Hijack anyway, and I think I already stated my reasons earlier.

I want to get this in before night falls, because maybe it will make a difference after all. I'll try to get on later to post a somewhat longer version of my take on players.

Short version:
Hijack looks like scum.
Dedo and Robb are leaning town.
Trent is leaning scum, but not as strongly as I thought previously.
I'm suspicious of TwilightBard.
A few people have been very quiet, like CSPVG.
JMich and Krypsyn both bear watching all game because they look skillful to me.
Not sure about anyone else.

Unvote Ixamyakxim.
Vote Hijack.
The cloud still holds. The energy continues building up and red lighnings are a constant fire in the sky now. Whatever is building up there is big. The longer the buildup goes, the larger the Emission will be ... and this looks like a big one. You all retreat underground, as far as the shallow shelter allows, but continue discussing frantically. Who are the traitors? And will they kill again, when the Emission strikes?

**********************************************************************
vote count

HijacK - 5 (dedoporno, RWarehall, trentonlf, Robbeasy, Bookwyrm627)
RWarehall - 4 (Ixamyakxim, HijacK, TwilightBard, Krypsyn)
Ixamyakxim - 1 (CSPVG)
dedoporno - 1 (JMich)

With 15 alive it takes 8 to lynch
HijacK is closest to lynch at L-3
Not voting: Sage, adalia, flubb, HSL

But on a second look around, you notice that not all have retreated into the shelter. CSPVG remained at the entry. Presumably to keep an eye on the approaching emission. Concentrated on the glowing cloud, he doesn't notice his sourroundings. He doesn't notice the creature creeping in the shadows, ready to strike. Suddenly the mutated rodent leaps straight at his neck, screeching and out for blood, and only his heavy kevlar vest saves CSPVG's life. The rodent scratches and bites and CSPVG needs all his strength and luck to fight of this little pest. Finally he manages to shake it loose and squash it under his boot.
"Damn!" he thinks, bleeding from several scatches, "Where one hides, there may be more. I should go back to the others. These creatures hesitate to attack groups. But the Zone is unforgiving to those who fall behind and loners are soon goners."

Robbeasy: funny how jmich and hijack have been at each others throats all day, but never onece have voted for each other - in fact hijack has gone out of his way to focus on other people.

I smell scumbuddies creating space between themselves

vote HijacK

and if he flips scum, I'm going after Jmich
I don't like doing this (mostly because Robbeasy hates me) but I'm going to parrot what he has posted.

This grammar lesson has the makings of a crafted argument. The point eludes me other than to make them look like adversaries. I can vote for HijacK and if scum, jump on JMich without hesitation.

Vote: HijacK
Oh wow what the heck happened?

I'll have to take a look at the last 12 hours or so to see. Is there a compelling reason I should be voting Hijack? I really hadn't thought too much was off with his play (I hate to bring past games in but this Hijack was more inline with his previous playstyle - he was very subdued last game LOL).

You go back to being neutral in my eyes.

Lifthrasil: (CSPVG, it has been three days since your last post. Consider yourself prodded)
I had not realised that I'd been away for quite so long. I apologise, and will post something more substantial once I've finished catching up.
I'm really not sure what to make of the game at the moment...

We've already had two wagons, one almost a lynch, collapse and now we have two new wagons instead. Both wagons are slightly stalled, although HijacKs is still limping along, and I'm not entirely sure either candidate is scum; though HijacK is certainly looking that way.
Our deadline could be hitting at any moment, we're already past the 2 days Lift gave so we're into the random extra time now.

I'm not completely certain that HijacK is scum, but I think at this point we need a lynch, even if he flips town, to give us something to work with tomorrow. Last game there were no lynches, both chosen and not, and I think in the end they did more harm than good (not least because the prime suspect did indeed turn out as scum) so with that in mind, and knowing that HijacK is fairly high on my scum list anyway:
Vote HijacK

Lifthrasil: ...
Oh, dangit. I clicked to reply here to mention I was halfway through my reads post, and that I hoped the Day would last until I was done. Of course, that erased my reads post (always forget that multiple reply windows don't work here).

*sigh*

I'll list my reads here, for posterity, then come back and fill in the rationale after (I will type that one up immediately after posting this one). I plan to switch my vote to HijacK and hammer at that time as well.

RWarehall -- leaning scum
dedoporno -- leaning scum
Robbeasy -- leaning scum
adalialbooks -- leaning scum
flubbucket -- leaning neutral
Twilightbard -- leaning neutral
CSPVG -- leaning neutral
HypersomniacLive -- leaning neutral
Sage103082 -- leaning neutral
HijacK -- leaning neutral
JMich -- leaning neutral
Ixamyakxim -- leaning town
trentonlf -- leaning town
Bookwyrm626 -- leaning town
Hammer time. Sorry Hijack. Love you outside mafia...in game not so much *kisses*

It is time to things moving I do feel there is more then meets the eye with Hijack.

Vote Hijack

I am at work so I have to keep this short.
I see that the hammer has already been achieved, but I'd like to get something in before nightfall. I will, however, keep this short.

I disagree with lynching HijacK. He has said some silly things, yes, but I find him to be no different from the other games I have seen him in. He's neutral in my eyes.

My top three scum list, then:

1) Ixam - I still find Ixam the scummiest player here, and I've stated my reasons for this.
2) JMich - He's been slightly more active in this game, but I feel as if he has contributed less somehow.
3) HypersomniacLive - Has been at least as in active as me, but has gotten half the flack for it. He seems to be more of a lurker this game and his analysis has not been as precise.
My reads:

RWarehall -- leaning scum: I initially voted for him because I wanted to move my vote to a wagon that seemed likely to reach lynch, as dedoporno's seemed unlikely to. I chose RWarehall's since he seemed scummy to me while Ixamyakxim seemed, and still seems, town. Since that time, my conviction that he is scum has only grown. I don't mind someone disagreeing with my arguments (opinions can and do differ), but he seems more inclined to paint me as scum, using fairly flimsy and easily disproved arguments, than actually debate the merits of my argument.

dedoporno -- leaning scum: I felt he was cozying up to Bookwyrm627 long before he 'defended' him by voting for trentonlf. Once he made his rationale for voting for trentonlf, which I thought quite weak, I found the entire situation a bit suspect. It smacked of scum trying to hide behind a townie to give himself credibility moving forward.

Robbeasy -- leaning scum: His vote on trentonlf was so soon after dedoporno's, it seemed a lot like scum waiting for a townie to take the first step before he added his. Add to this that his rationale for voting for Bookwyrm627 is extremely weak (i.e. he hasn't actually stated one yet), and it becomes highly suspect to me. I believe that either he or dedoporno is scum (or, at least not scumbuddies), given how the Bookwyrm627 saga progressed.

adaliabooks -- leaning scum: I don't like how he confronted me about making my vote on dedoporno in a suspicious manner, but he never followed up with a vote. It seems a lot like scum sticking their proverbial toe in the water to check the temperature before deciding to take the plunge them self. Many of his posts have seemed that way to me. I don't like fence-sitting one bit.

flubbucket -- leaning neutral: It is hard for me to get a read on flubbucket. He hasn't said too much, and a lot of what he has said has seemed to be going with the flow. from another person, this might stick out a little more, but it seems in line with his town playstyle on Day 1 from previous games.

TwilightBard -- leaning neutral: Except for his quick vote on dedoporno right after the end of RVS, I can't remember anything that notable from his posts. I'll need to go back and review them later to see if I have missed anything.

----------------

Dangit, I just refreshed and saw that Sage103082 hammered!

Fifty DKP minus!

Well, here is what I have so far in my reads post. I'll try to finish it up before Lifthrasil makes a Dusk Post.
