Yeah, in this case GfW Markeplace client is just a installer (like Impulse client). Don't forget to download and install Complete 2009 (2012) mod.

Also some of the STALKER mods, including Complete, are some of the most professional looking mods I've ever seen!

Bought Clear Sky from GG, they say it is DRM free, but they still provide an activation key :(.

It's just a serial for the installer, it isn't activating anything (I think it's only needed for multiplayer). The Complete mod is not only visual enhancements but also a huge bugfix mod. Includes lots of balancing and overall improvements, the original story is unchanged. I wouldn't play the game without that mod, vanilla is just broken in some parts.

Damn, one more game on the sales there, that I can't buy in Germany, because of the legal restrictions :(

It isn't an activation key, it's a multiplayer key for online. I checked the installer with protectionId and it doesn't have TAGES like CoP. SoC also uses a cd-key for online multiplayer.

Hey, according to my backup folder Setup.exe should've appeared briefly in the temp folder that GG creates. I'm sure it's the setup folder because the 'launch' file is exactly 1.9MB, also. There are also protect.exe and protect.dll files there, Sounds like StarForce. They claim to be v3.0.7, but I'm not sure. Disposable Virtual Machine it is, then.
