FYI on the Sleeping Dog clothes DLC's. You don't get the individual items, you get a costume. You can't modify them in anyway.

I guess there used to be a way to do it, but they patched it out.

Well, after reviewing what DLC I'd want, taking the recommended DLC into account I put together a package for $17.50 with everything I wanted which seems a good deal to me for all I got there. I did skip the overpowered cheat stuff. :D

Yesterday i bought Shattered Haven (Beta) the new Arcen Game from GG.
A Valley Without Wind / 2 was a blast, already.

This 16 bit survival puzzler is also damn cool and still 25% off, $7.49 instead of $10 until March 16.

It's awesome, especially if you enjoy board game-like strategy titles and are okay with your units having (gorgeous) still-frame art instead of animations.

Word to the wise, though: before you play, you're going to need to invest an hour or so in just reading the manual and coming to grips with how the game works. It's not that complicated once you understand it, but you will not figure this one out just by playing.

I would like to add that (imho) the developers (Arcen) really deserve support. When they felt that AVwW 1 didn't quite worked out as they hoped to, and required a redesign, they fixed it up as good as they could, and then gave everyone who owned it a free copy of AVwW 2. And the first game wasn't even bad. I'll probably get Shattered Haven simply because I want to show them how much I appreciate the way they are doing business.

I can't think of many other places that require games to lack a CD-key for single player in order to be sold.

Nope, like for the oldies GOG could use one serial number for an unlocked version in it's own installer. Personally I also don't see a problem for Indievania or Arcen to do the same, maybe I'm missing here something.
