Neilk40: I bought a game download bundle off amazon, one of the games included mirrors edge has securom, is it now legal for me to download a version of mirrors edge for free with securom removed or is this still illegal?
I don't do law so I'm afraid I can't answer, but can I suggest you make a new thread about this? You'll get a much better response, and this thread is for deals only.

Asbeau: Beyond Divinity is 99p at GMG http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/es/en/pc/games/rpgs/beyond-divinity/ Could be a good combo with another deal currently on at our favourite outlet

dyscode: And Necrovision: Lost Company is 49c! :)
And Men of War for 99c looks good as well. But Greenmangaming does not look good...

Indiegala's on happy hour again, but this time the BTA price hasn't mysteriously risen from normal ($4.99 atm). I think I might buy the full bundle for a few gift copies :)

I am normally not a UUUGH DRM guy, but with GMG, Uuuuuuugh, DRM. Constant callbacks and reauthentications galore. Then again I did get it from them when it was free, because hey, free, and possibility of exchanging it for a key for something else in the future.

Not a bad price, though.

To be honest I didn't notice it needed Capsule - now you've pointed out that it does I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.

Exactly, the best thing to do is grab games when they're free from GMG and trade them in later for a game that comes with a Steam key. I use too many clients as it is, there's no way I'd buy games that require GMG's Capsule client. They're great for their trade-ins and deals on steamworks games though.

Should be fine. You have the license for a copy of the game, so as long as you're not redistributing it then it should be okay. May be against the EULA but whatever, it's a pretty trivial thing.

Speeding is illegal but everyone does it without even thinking about it, and this is much less dangerous than speeding, so whatever, just go nuts with it.
Ok thanks GoJays2025, i thought that was the case just wanted it confirmed by someone. :)

That coupon is dead, no longer works. Still an amazing deal for anyone that doesn't have those games though.
I have almost everything on that list but I'll still buy that one lol, it is that good! I don't know if I can purchase it though, never bought anything on Amazon.

Looks like this is strictly Steam keys, right? Would have been nice to have DRM-free Worms to experiment with on my Linux HTPC.
