Skunk: I've been an eBay seller for over ten years now. I don't think I need to be briefed about how Paypal works. If I don't get a response from them soon, though, I'm going to have no choice but to go through with my threat and open a dispute. If they don't want to take my warning seriously (and, you know, the whole concept of trade), maybe they'll get around to checking their spam box or something once Paypal sends them a line.
-------------------------------------------
As for their being flooded with emails, that doesn't seem likely. They're running well enough to send out account confirmation links, accept money, and send invoices (which, may I add, could have included more than just a link to the invoice page, such as, say, a link to my downloads, maybe?). Now, before your defensiveness convinces me of some level of involvement on your part, why don't you go ahead and put your money where your mouth is? If you feel they deserve this money in any way, why not go ahead and chip in $3 and wait to get what you've paid for? Surely there can be no harm in it? Perhaps then you'll even have something more contributive to say, and you'll be able to tell bqwert1 and myself how to get our games rather than playing devil's advocate.
So you have paypal experience...does that justify the condescending reply? I was just offering some theories as to why you all didn't get your games while advising people not scream scam for no reason before more was known. :\
--------------------------------------
The accepting of money/sending out confirmations/sending invoices is most likely automated and/or setup correctly while their system for sending out downloads/links could be screwed up royally. We don't know, so arguing either way is mostly pointless. As for my defensiveness, I was merely providing a rational counter to those stating "I didn't get an email....OMG SCAM!"

Also why should I have to defend myself against anything for making a counterpoint to yours?

(To be honest I dunno if I want the bundle yet, and to me 3 bucks is even too much to risk as it's 3 bucks I can use to eat/buy other games/etc. And if something goes wrong then it's my arse in the wind.)

You can trade it in for $5 credit in a few days. I can wait that long to use it on a Steamworks game. :p

I hear one can make some good credit for steamworks/etc games if one is good at it though....but you're right. The site sucks...especially with that stupid capsule crap. Even GG is better, even with the installers they use.
Over the next few hours, new deals will be added to Amazon's MAYhem sale.

Some of them are today-only, others last a few days. The new deals for the MAYhem sale are:

Mass Effect 3 - $25.99
Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Version - $34.99
Syndicate - $17.99
Tera Online Collector's Edition - $29.99
Tera Online - $24.99
FINAL FANTASY XIV - $7.99
Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection Abyssea Edition - $7.99
Square Enix Ultimate Collection - $7.49
Hitman Triple Threat Pack - $6.99
Just Cause - $7.49
The Last Remnant - $14.99
Order of War - $4.99
Scarygirl - $4.99
Battlestations Pacific - $4.99
Battlestations Midway - $4.99
Front Mission Evolved - $9.99
Sega Genesis 48-Game Pack - $9.99
Alien vs. Predator - $4.99
Sonic Generations - $7.49
Football Manager 2012 - $7.49
Total War: Shogun 2 - $7.49

There's also a casual games MAYhem sale going on.

Last, but not least, it's the last day to grab PAYDAY: The Heist for $5 from Amazon.com.

On GG at least you can use your games without the installer :)

Yes, if you save the files after installing. Make no mistake on my intentions with that post, though. I love GG much more than GMG.
