Just finished a playthrough of System Shock 2. : ) Navy soldier, hard difficulty.

Stil a damn good game, and it still is great to see it here.

Finished Dawn of Mana. Doesn't really deserve a reputation as killing the series, though naturally it attracts it since it tried to appeal to all the Mana fans at once and ended up with something that doesn't necessarily please any of them really. But it was still sort of admirable. Basically Kingdom Hearts with physics, it could have been something great with a little more time to polish the controls/physics and flesh out the story some more. Oh well.

And just days before the sequel comes out, I finally draw my Etrian Odyssey 3 journey to a close. I felt that I had to use more strategy in boss battles this time around, though a good part of it was because I'd been using kind of a weird party (PHBZA) that struggled a lot until subclasses opened up because it lacked offensive power. The split routes is kind of neat, although the Armaroad route final boss felt like easy modo. :/ Probably won't replay for the deep city and true endings since I don't have time before 4 comes out. >_>

Also I'm halfway into episode 4 of Blood, although I won't count it as finished until I beat the expansion packs too.
Xcom: Enemy Unknown (that is the new one). And I have to say, I'm impressed.
Xcom had a nice balance to it. It was not too easy, yet not too hard, and difficulty ramped up at an even pace, thus avoiding difficulty spikes. Most enemies were interesting and had different abilities, all the different solider types that you have under your command are also interesting and have different abilities.
The game was more than a tad bit buggy though.

Finished The Darkness II and liked it a lot: great visual design, great story and great gameplay. I tried playing the coop campaign alone but it was quickly too difficult. Too bad...

So far this year:
- Amnesia Fortnight Prototypes
- I Am Alive
- The Cave
- The Darkness II
- The Experiment (Experience 112)
Finished Jade Empire and really enjoyed it. It is linear and the RPG elements are streamlined but the combat is fun and the story was excellent. The voice acting was very good and all characters are fully voiced. The Asian theme was a refreshing change of pace too. I hope Bioware will take this IP further in the future with another installment. It took me 46 hours to finish but I am admittedly a slowpoke. I did all the sidequests along the way, read all the books and scrolls for the lore and basically just took my sweet time.
The Journey Down: Chapter 1

Good adventure game with excellent (though extremely laggy on my laptop) visuals. Does have some of that old "adventure game" logic though. Looking forward to Chapter 2, if it ever gets released.
Finished The Walking Dead on the 20th of January. I know I'm late posting these but hey better late than never :P
Well I truly enjoyed the game it was a very good story with some choices to be made but not as much as they seem to hint in the trailers. The story for me it's the plus of the game, since the gameplay it's the typical adventure type of game. I enjoyed the story and hope they make another one because the ending seems to hint at that.

Overall I would give him an 8 out of 10. For me it's not game of the year material but it's pretty damn good.

Currently I'm playing Football Manager and Saints Row 2. Hope to finish Saints Row 2 in the next month :P

You should be happy to know that they are working on season 2 then. As it won't come out soon they are also working on something to bridge the gap between the two seasons (DLC ?).

Thanks for the info :)

Well I hope the (dlc?) is worth it and not only something to cash on in until the new game becomes available.
