游戏中的所有地牢都是随机生成的，每次冒险时都不尽相同。每个地牢含2-4个关卡，并以BOSS战收尾。你还能随时重回之前的地牢以获取经验值，或完成支线任务。
玩家将在游戏中逐渐解锁并升级远程攻击、魔法、防御、击晕、治愈、躲避、被动能力等技能。游戏中共有7个具备独特能力的家族成员供你选择：佩着剑与盾，保护意识强烈的父亲John；神准的弓箭手，大女儿Linda；沉默寡言，以致命匕首为武器的Kevin；性格火热的勇敢火魔法师Lucy；具有卓越觉察力的格斗家Mark；用大锤粉碎敌人的Joey；以及家族的最新成员Apan，她既是强大的医者，也是坚定的保护者。

couldn't put the game down it was so fun
1st off there's free DLC coming out for this game that is really cool cant wait and 2nd its a game thats rly fun not super pull ur hair out hard but i want to try that again and win hard. The art and story are really good i had more fun playing this than i am playing FF7 Remake atm.

Really a deep game
A rogue like ARPG with interesting characters, great art, awesome narration. If you like ARPG it is a must buy. If you like good games, it is a must buy.

I wish I would have bought this sooner.
This game is amazing. I love the art style and the music is great. The character choices are varied as well as their play style. The story is great and I love how it focuses on family. For $13 bucks, you won't find better! I will be following this developer from now on!

Awesome title
I'm not that much into rogue like games, but Children of Morta is different. The gameplay is awesome, and the progression is really well paced. Pixel art goes wonderfully with the title and they really put a hard work on making everything look great. I recommend it greatly, worth every penny.
