Neverwinter Nights: Doom of Icewind Dale

Yes more of a great thing!

I've played Neverwinter Nights since it was released back in the day and probably have well over a thousand hours playing the game and playing around with the toolset divided almost equally between both the older version and Enhanced. This was a treat! Great score, great writing , great art and a good dose of hack 'n slash, story and adventure. This ranks equal if not better than Shadows of Undertide to me and we finally get an official link between the storys told from the original released expansions! For everyone moaning about paying 10 bucks for an expansion... This game has gotten regular updates since it released both by a lot fo the original developers and the comminity over at the Neverwinter Vault. We have gotten literal THOUSANDS of tales created with the toolset that Bioware of old gave us as a love letter to gamers everywhere. Itis one of the longest running games to ever be released and it erned that respect Foreveryone moaning about TEN BUCKS for an exspansion there will be hundreds more that would pay 10 bucks for every new expansion released because we home Neverwinter never dies. Buy this, you wont be disapointed and the money goes to develope more great adventures in the future.

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series

Beautiful artwork, fun setting..but...

From a technical standpoint this game is a work of art like a comicbook brought to life and infused with seudo 3D aninmation. Simply beautiful. But its full of bugs and will crash randomly even on hardware above the recomendations. When it does this if you are in a timed conversation where you need to make a choice if will pick the worst possible answer out of 3-4 horrible choices...and then autosave when you get dumped back at your desktop. From a writer's viwepoint.... It's like herding cats with the mentality of angsty 14 year olds. It will have you cussing at the screen and pulling your hair out.. The formula for gameplay is this: 1. Long interlude where you decide you need to find ' item X ' or move to location X. 2. You spend a long time getting item X or going to location X 3. Once you have item x or are at location X one member of your group will decide to debate philosophy AT THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME...Then you will be attacked by walkers. 4. You will be forced to make the worst posible decision for the situation and then you are back to step 1. ( This repeats throughtout the entire game. ) Throw in action scenes where you either have the everlating shotgun/ pistol and then get hit with someone prompting you that everyone is almost out of ammo while forcing you to use an inanimate object to fight walkers because you absolutely HAVE to remane quiet only to have a party member open up like Dirty Harry on something that means nothing leaving you to wonder why the action scene was even necesssary. Everyone will grumble even after you risked your life for them. Everyone is a two demensional character save Lee and Clem. If I ever bother to play this again I'm choosing to be a royal b*astard to everyone but Clem... I bet the end results will still be the same.

Deponia 4: Deponia Doomsday

Dang it...

Great game, great writing, great animation.....Loved it.. The whole series was great even if a bit irritating at times. But... You guys piss me off.. Couldn't you just have let Rufus have a happy ending? And Creating a survival game NOT connected to the story set on Diponia? Come on guys... Give us a true 5th entry to this.

Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

One of the Greatest RPGs of all time.

Just as the board says, this is one of the greatest RPGs ever built on the greastest tabletop RPG ever. The Flexability of the system Bioware created and gave to the community is like a love letter to gamers. I've spent countless hours playing this and the community at the Neverwinter Vault is the best. Buy this and enjoy nearly endless adventure!

Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

The greatest oldschool CRPG EVER.

Alrighty then. This is my review. Played the old, old, OLd version at launch. Waited for years for an update but next to none came about from Bioware because Atari screwed them HARD. Then along comes this edition and it's wonderful! *UI enhancments all caross the board. Modern compatablity with new hardware! *MORE revived canceled modules finished and released! This game is a peach and has the best community at the neverwinter valut! Revived multiplayer! I want to address the ones screaming the loudest that this is not worth it.....most of you are not even verified OWNERS! You all DO understand that most of the old workhorses from Bioware moved to Beamdog or even lent their help to make this happen right? The only time I have had this version crash was when playing third party modules with janky scripting....
