This is a great game. It's actually the most fun that I had with an ARPG game. I particularly love three things: 1. I can play couch co-op with my girlfriend. 2. It has epic boss fights. 3. I can play with controller and not a mouse. It also has a good story, good voice acting and good graphics. blizzard should learn a thing or two from this game about how to make a good Diablo game again.
I have several AAA games that I recently bought waiting in my library, but I just can't stop playing this game. It's really fun and it has great writting and a great sense of humor. It is a bit difficult at the beginning, but not unfair. Just keep in mind that it is a 2D game. My only complaint is that there is no explanation regarding how to set up your spaceships and I found that very confusing. Other than that is a great game. Highly recommended.
Wow, what an amazing game. I really like the game mechanics and the mix of rouge-lite elements. I keep wanting to do just one last run, but actually can't stop. One thing that could be improved is the ability to map the gamepad keys, since that burst button is really annoying and I would like to switch it for the reverse button that I never use. It's still a 5 star game and the most fun that I have had for a while.
This game is really great. I love the environments and the music. The graphics, even though retro style, look great. In game play is super fun and it reminds me of Altered Beast and Castlevania. Like a true classic, it is pretty hard, but not unfair, and one learns how to deal with the enemies quite fast. This game is well worth the money, I highly recommend it.
This is my favorite point and click game and one of the best Sci-Fi games ever created. The story is great, and the music is absolutely fantastic. The graphics were amazing at that time and even though they look outdated now, I am playing it again because this game is such an amazing experience.
This game looks beautiful, sounds fantastic and it's really fun to play. I'm a big fun of both MOO and MOO2 and played them for countless hours back then and I think this is the true successor that we have been waiting for. The races are really well recreated and playing with a different race makes for a completely different game because of their strengths and weaknesses. There are a few races not included from MOO2: The Elarians, the Gnolams and the Trilarians, but there is a new extra race in this collector's edition, although there are just like a different type of humans. To be honest, the races are so well developed in this game that I think it surpasses MOO2 by far. There is also a lot of customization to be made regarding the game conditions and the victory conditions. There are only a few places where I can see room for improvement on my opinion. One is that I would prefer turn base combat instead of real time combat. The other one is to have a winning video for turn 500, there are winning videos but for some reason there are none if you win the game on turn 500. To me it's still a 5 star game and I'm having lot's of fun playing it. Thank you for making this great game.
