Genesis Alpha One Deluxe Edition

Not liking it

1st time playthrough lasted about 10 minutes bc I kept dying and went through all crewmates. It was as if playing on hardcore but was only on default difficulty. Once the swarms start there's really no way to beat them with the provided weapons. Might request a refund if the "easy" difficulty setting doesn't work out. The graphics are decent and I like the premise of the genre but too difficult to make it through without cheats, which, aren't available for this version. Oh well.

One of the best new ones out there

Love it. Really the only survival game of its kind - the extreme and unforgiving desolation of a desert environment. Have to admit though, the game forum is dead on GOG. No help at all.

No Man's Sky

I'm a convinced holdout

One of the best games I own or have ever played. I heard of the game before the original release and was really excited but held out for some unknown reason. I was genuinely sad to hear that it had so many problems. I was still hopeful and followed it's progress over the last few years, until, recently, I finally broke down. This game is far better than I had imagined and if it was anything like this on it's release, it would've been hailed as one of the greatest game ever. I'm glad that the developers have been able to see their vision for this game come into reality. Bravo.

The Outer Worlds

Loved It!

No broken quest bugs, game crashing glitches or anything, for me, anyway. I hope it can be modded more, I'd like to see more of the galaxy after the downfall of Spacer's Choice (if you happen to go that route).

Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

Keeps Getting Better

I love this game in any form. I have it on Steam but prefer GOG's platform, and, at the price when I am buying it ($4.99) it's a steal. When I installed it new decades ago, I knew I'd be playing it until the day I die. GOG makes it possible with the offline installer and auto updates. Love it!
