I don't game regularly now, but X4 Foundations is/was my goto, but it's a little complex to just leap into for ten minutes now and then... Helium Rain is very, very different. With a really good tutorial system that slowly introduces additional gameplay elements, you're eased into what is a surprisingly good game, with a great feel. The music works well, and it almost gave me that original 'Elite' feeling from back in the 80s. I've played for a few hours now, have a few ships, and I'm no longer the weakest company... That added a new element as soon as I realised companies were ranked... You can declare war on other companies, and I guess they can do likewise, and there are of course the obligatory missions you can take to transport VIPs or cargo, or even destroy rogue asteroids threatening stations. But I love it, and am still discovering new gameplay elements, each with its own intuitive in-game tutorial that doesn't break immersion. Well recommended.
