I was hoping for a fun management sim, but this game really plays like a RTS wargame. You can throw all the different crimes, charecters, and actions out the window. If you're not booming the size of your gang in the first four weeks, you're going to be overrun. Forget learning your gangster's names, dealing with their happiness, promoting/demoting, etc. You'll just be serving them up in the gang war that's about to break out no matter what..
