It's a bunch of wallpapers, images and such. In alot of games this would be sold then as deluxe version or whatever title they give and some even make it blatantly a dlc. CdProjekt provide it at least for free, as it should. Nice for collectors or completionists. Some people really should learn to read. It's not a game, it's not dlc and the title is crystal clear. it says goodies. And that is what it is.
I don't know about that person saying that some items were missing, but they ain't. If i look to my library, then also the next gen artwork and wallpapers are there. It is nicely done. And it's free.
There is a saying that if something is too good to be true it isn't. Well, this is the case with Gwent. It is free, but what cdprojekt doesn't tell you is that you NEED gog connect. That's right, they just force you to use connect to play this. There is no other option. i don't want connect. I already have Steam, Origin and Ubisoft connect and also Rockstar Launcher, which is more then enough. I don't want another third party software. What is it with devs nowadays that they just shove their own software towards you. And seeing this from gog is a letdown. Once gog stood for good old games, a place where you get old games without fuss. Download the installer, then install and play. Seems those days are gone.
So, SquareEnix also offer now the "complete" edition here on GoG. But just as over at Steam it ain't complete. They do the same lame trick again, hoping that people over at gog would fell for it and offcourse discounted. It simply is missing content, whole expansions to be exact. For the first Dungeon Siege you have Legends of Aranna, a full expansion. There is also a little expansion called Yesterhaven. This isn't included here. You just got the basic dungeon siege, without the new items from LoA. Dungeon Siege ain't complete without LoA. For Dungeon Siege 2 is also a whole expansion not included, that's Broken World. Just as with the first one you are missing new content added with the expansion. So only Dungeon Siege III is fully complete. Dungeon Siege III ain't bad though, but it's not the same as it's predecessors. Where DS 1 and 2 is more a crpg with tactics 3 is just another action rpg. Dungeon Siege and Dungeon Siege 2 are great games, no doubt. But if you want to have everything complete you better pass this one. Lame business from Square Enix, which seems to hold the rights over dungeon siege. And they have no plans to add the missing expansions. Better go check Amazon.
I have this game on dvd, the original and the 2 expansions from Obisidian. Mysteries of Westgate was made by Ossian games and is a seperate expansion actually. Never played that one, now i have it in the gog version, to which i now also have. I have sunk many hours in NWN 2 and find it one of the better crpg's around, also better then the first NWN. I never could get into NWN 1, as that one feels too bleak to me. NWN 2 has a great story and it's also the strongest point, plus i like the companions you got. There is nothing wrong with the original campaign. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but i like it. From the companions i like especially Neeshka, Elanee and Qara and good old Khelgar Ironfist. Unfortunately it is true that the game has quite a wild history regarding bugs and it took Obisidian a while to fix it. I remember installing the game from dvd i had to wait a while because of patching. Another good point of this game i find that your portrait covers your char and you don't have to select a portrait of yourself like in NWN 1. The fighting goes in turns and the whole partybased system works well. Keep that in mind people, NWN 2 isn't a fast paced action rpg, but old school crpg. I also like the dialog system. And there is nothing wrong with the camera, since that was changed with MotB. Camera works good. Same with fonts and there is no stutter at all. NWN 2 also support mods and there are plenty some made. Earlier on you could find that on NWNVault, but that one is gone now. Overall NWN 2 is one of the better crpg's around with a good story, good gameplay and plenty of hours to play.
I see some negative reviews here and some is just some nagging. It is not everyones cup of tea, but that's not a reason to write something negative. True, the game has some issues. And you might want to change the buttons. However, it's not a bad game. Not at all. Yes, it does differ from the first bloodrayne. The difference is the gameplay. There where the first bloodrayne goes towards a shooter (mohaa, cod), since you can use alot of different guns, bloodrayne 2 is more towards an action game from capcom, cause here the focus is more on melee and combos. Think of devil may cry combined with tomb raider (cause you also climb and glide) with a tiny hint of no one lives forever (rayne has contact with this severin several times and information is shared) . Compared with the first game it is also more darker. Rayne herself is now an adult and is more serious now. In the first game Rayne is more or less a teenager or at least early twenties and not that serious. Oh and as for Rayne (or agent bloodrayne, hence the title), she is a half vampire. Yep, you play with a female char and quite an interesting one. You start in some manor and this time your enemies will be other vampires most of the time and some thugs. As said it's an action game focused on making combos and other tricks (such as tossing people into a fan or fire) You do get pistols as well, but special ones this time. An other difference is the many outfits Rayne now has, including the outfit from the first game. The graphics got updated as well compared with the first game. A downside is that the game starts suddently and there is actually a gap between bloodrayne 1 and 2, as 2 takes place 60 years after the events of 1. It's not a direct sequel actually. But it is a fun game. Fast paced action, though compared with 1 this game is easier. It's one of the better vampire games and there aren't many of those.
