This is a highly addictive game with a gentle learning curve to help the player ease into the more advanced gameplay. Playing it now 18 years since release, I can say that it has aged very well. The gameplay mechanics were amazing back then, and have not been surpassed since. Sure the graphics are getting a bit dated, but they given the slightly comical nature of the game and models it doesn't really detract from the experience. Runs fine on Windows 10.
