Endless™ Space 2 Definitive Edition is a deeply satisfying turn-based 4X that balances thoughtful empire management with showy, cinematic presentation. The deliberate pace gives you “infinite time” to plan each turn, which can feel slow to some — but I find that tempo rewarding rather than punishing. You’ll want to explore and expand quickly to gain an edge, but once you’ve built a solid economy, the game becomes a satisfying test of long-term strategy. Exploration matters: good systems and high-quality planets give you the resources and opportunities to outpace rivals. The technology trees are compelling and tailored to each faction, with unique tech and faction bonuses that change how you approach shipbuilding and planetary development. As an art lover, I especially appreciate the gorgeous portraits, ship models, and battle effects — the game looks vibrant and alive. Ship customization is a highlight. Designing several prototypes for different tactical roles, equipping them with specialized modules, and levelling ships and heroes adds depth and personalization to every engagement. Battles often resolve based on “odds” that reflect your tech and design advantages, but the option to watch them unfolds into one of the most visually satisfying parts of the game. Diplomacy and politics provide meaningful choices: you can befriend or antagonize other races, complete faction quests for rewards, and cope with the consequences of political votes. These systems add narrative texture and strategic tradeoffs that reward both tactical and diplomatic playstyles. Random events and procedurally varied galaxies keep replayability high; each game feels fresh. I love how many systems interlock — exploration, economy, shipbuilding, quests, and politics — creating a rich, emergent 4X experience. If you enjoy deliberate, customizable empire play and gorgeous sci-fi presentation, Endless Space 2 Definitive Edition is a must-try.

Homeworld Remastered Collection is, for me, the best space war sim of the classic era brought back to life. From the opening cutscenes of the campaign to the tense, tactical fleet engagements, the game balances story and gameplay beautifully. I don’t usually spend much time on campaigns, but this one is dramatic enough to keep me invested throughout. Where the game really earns replay value is Skirmish mode. The variety of maps and the way the AI scales its tactics make each match feel fresh — whether I’m experimenting with different fleet compositions or trying to outmaneuver a stubborn opponent. The remaster does a fantastic job improving the original: the updated graphics make the ships and battles look spectacular without losing the aesthetic that made the originals memorable, and the sound effects and score add weight to every confrontation. For someone who grew up playing RTSes in the ’90s, seeing Homeworld get this treatment is a genuine treat. If you enjoy strategic fleet combat, memorable set-pieces, and a strong blend of story and skirmish replayability, don’t miss this one.

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun – Forges of Corruption Edition is the best DOOM-like retro FPS I’ve ever played! What I love most is the gameplay—it’s fast, satisfying, and gloriously gory. Enemies explode in crunchy gibs when blasted with powerful weapons, and it never gets old. The environments are equally impressive, ranging from gothic cities to scorching deserts and sprawling industrial metropolises. Enemy variety is strong, with designs faithful to the 40K universe—Chaos Terminators even arrive with a heavy “clank” when they teleport in. Sound design adds to the immersion, making every battle feel weighty and intense. The DLC is excellent too, introducing new enemies and weapons that add even more flavor. Best of all, Boltgun embraces horde-style combat—every room spawns dozens of enemies like Serious Sam, creating nonstop mayhem that keeps me coming back for more.

Distant Worlds is the best space 4X I've ever played! This game is a massive RTS sandbox where you can play however you want—be a dictator, peacekeeper, trader, technocrat, or even a pirate. The galaxy is huge and fully customizable, with over 20 unique races, each with their own ships, traits, and technologies. Exploring reveals secret resources, ancient ruins, black holes, and random events that make every playthrough fresh and exciting. Diplomacy is deep and dynamic—form alliances, trade, threaten, or troll your rivals for fun. Racial differences really matter here. Covert missions let you spy, sabotage, or steal from enemies, but there’s risk involved. One of my favorite features is empire automation—customize what the AI handles so you can focus on what you enjoy, whether that’s war, expansion, or espionage. The ship and base designer is incredibly detailed: build anything from mining fortresses to luxury resorts, mixing tech from different races for unique results. There’s so much to do: ground battles, space wars, building, trading, discovering secrets—it’s all here. Highly recommended—worth every cent! Can’t wait for Distant Worlds 2!

This game is an open-world experience featuring martial arts, but there's even more to it! In martial arts, you can learn new, cool, and deadly moves that makes the thugs say "WAH!" or something. Basically, it strikes fear at the heart of your enemies. The martial arts in this game feels very satisfying and it makes me happy that I can also learn some new moves by playing this game. Very entertaining and fun! I never get bored of it. The gun play is also "REALISTIC" and it make guns powerful than it should be. But why would you need gun when you already have a fist and a leg? You can even disarm the weapon of thugs in this game. The "World" in this game is very beautiful, especially the cities in rainy night! Apart from the main story missions, there are several other mission modes where you can fight in the arena, gamble, race, and more. Speaking of races and cars in this game, you can buy some cool, fast, luxury cars and you can even use them to race! The cars in this game have cool designs and you can also change the paint job of your car. And of course, I own all of them. The story is also great and rewarding! There's more to say of how great this game is! This game is the best open world game I've ever played in my whole life! I love this game! Really, GOG likes to keep some masterpiece games like this and I would love to preserve this game FOREVER! 100/10 would play it again!
