This game really took me by surprise. It's an action game with 2-3 fun mechanics and an ok story. The goal of the game is simple: find your family's killer. The things is, the killer appearance is randomly generated each new game and you've got to learn details of its clothing by doing quest for different characters (bounty hunting, escorting caravan, removing bandits from tunnels/mine shaft, helping rancher, etc.). Here's some interesting you can do: 1) Cocking your gun during any conversation with an NPCs (they will react differently to that) 2) A purely pacific run where you remove the hats of your enemies 3) Buying new guns (shotgun, riffle, double pistols, bola) 4) Kill anyone you want 5) Unlocking different characters for a new game There is a lot of different ending in the game and it always revolves around why the killer attacked your family ranch. Weirdly enough, the reason is determined by your actions during the game. The game can get a little repetitive and the multiple endings won't all be satisfactory (or fun to unlock), but the first 2-3 wins will be pleasant :)
This game is really nostalgic for me. It's one of the first PC platformer I've ever played, I loved the music, loved Titus, and was really impressed by the game look! However, there is two problem with the game that always prevented me from finishing it or loving it entirely: 1) Titus movement is kinda slippery, you know, the kind of movement Mario has on ice 2) The game is HARD, I mean, really hard! One-hit kill, slippery movement, you can only kill enemy by flinging object to their face... Perhaps if I'd play it nowadays it would be easier... Still, I'll always have good feeling for that game. I'm a sucker for a sly fox with cute fuzzy ears ;)
