Can't believe it took me this long to play this beauty. Happy I finally did.
Not sure why this game gets bashed. It's a damn good time. The guns feel great and the enemy variety make it a blast when the action is frantic. Best Serious Sam yet.
• A simple comedic action FPS with a goofy and grim atmosphere. • Doesn't take itself too seriously so you shouldn't either. • Great voice acting from Caleb once again. • Quite challenging on medium difficulty setting. • Has bugs but easily ignored after a while. A good reminder to ignore every single opinion in the future... I'm having an absolute ball with this one. Every scenario is a blast. Love it. Cyberpunk captures the world that I've always wanted to be a part of in my fantasies and here it is.
I've been playing this game since it's release on Steam and watched it grow into the masterpiece it is today. E.Y.E is a labour of love and it really shows everytime I play it. And for that reason, It gets better every playthrough. Nothing comes close to this experience. The atmosphere is so thick and the gameplay is so satisfying. I would love to see another iteration of some sort. Hopefully on this level.
I now remember why I stopped playing it the first time. It's just so boring and lifeless. How it made the cut is beyond me.
The rawness of the original is still intact, and it's absolutely glorious because of it. This is defintely on the right track. Cannot wait for the full release!
