Succubus - SuperHero Armors

Up tp you.

Not bad, not good either. Now, where does one even begin? For the price offer’d it certainly is not worth it, they are after all skins, cosmetics which you will use once and then forget about them. The weapon, however, is not that bad, but still not good enough, I suppose, to buy it. If this game lacks something (besides the dreadful graphics, æsthetics and design choices alongside the customization options), is that it is quite simply not enjoyable enough. So whether you buy it or not, it is, ultimately up to you. Do I recommend it? if you have no money to lose and want to have them all: then certainly, go for it. If, on the other hand, you are more careful with your money, or keep track of the updates or bugs which unlock them: then you better do that and wait, Madmind is quite awful with their updates, and sometimes they mess things up so bad you have unrestricted access to features, which, normally, you should not.

Succubus - Elysian Fields

Elysian Ersatz: To Buy or not to Buy?

Perhaps Madmind’s most competent DLC; which is saying something, and I am not being sarcastic here. New mechanics are introduced; mainly buffs, which, if implemented into the main game as rewards for completing it, or even play with them as you wish, could make it very fun and add to its replay value. The weapon introduced was also a good choice. Unlike the other weapons, it is very creative for what is worth; simple of use, and fun to use. A buggy mess still, but if you give them some time, they will surely resolve the issues. The DLC, however, leaves much to be desired. It is extremely buggy, unpolished, and the design choices are horrendous. There is no 'new open world’ to play in, it does not even work as a sandbox for that matter; it is a brainless kill’em all and try to survive as long as you can. And once you kill the ‘random boss,’ you can quite literally do naught. There are no new places to explore. No new armours to discover, or new transversal mechanics. Not even the most basic aspects of the game have been improved or polished farther for that matter; let alone the AI. And, objectively speaking, seven of the nine points on the store page are misleading and false: There is no ‘New AI,’ no ‘New powers and challenges,’ no ‘Random bosses (same as main game),’ no ‘New world’ no ‘Character development,’ no ‘New world or ranked mode,’ and, certainly, no ‘Infinite replayability’ as it crashes half the time. Also, selling ‘character development’ as a part of the DLC and charging for it is beyond cheap, and, yet again, false. The ‘rogue armours’ are the same as the main game (worse for that matter, and which you can’t customize with the weapons and powers you desire, as the DLC, allegedly lets you), and the ‘rogue weapon’ is impossible to unlock; even after messing with the files. In conclusion, and aside from the false advertising, it is very disappointing in that regard It is a step in the right direction, but Mdmind still has a long way to go.

Succubus - Red Goddess

But… it is an Indie developer; Cut them

Some slack. So were the Halo series, and the developers focused mainly on the important stuff: fun, mechanics, gameplay and level design. But the armours, the cosmetics! Look at them, all nice and shiny! I mean, if you are into that, then go for it. Otherwise, they are useless. The armours used before work as fine, if not serve you even better to complete the alleged ‘DLC. The ‘playable character’ is just another skin no different than the ones before, as a matter of fact, it is even worse than the one you are rewarded with at the end of the game. Now, lets treat the meat of it. I entreat you, so please listen well, and if it fits you, then I shall say no more and remain silent. The levels this ‘DLC’ offers could, easily, be labelled a masochist’s dream. No new mechanics are added. No rough edges improved. No gameplay improvements from how it was, almost what? four years ago. Four years! As a matter of fact, I daresay it farther underscores the game’s ‘rough edges,’ though unpolished and uncared for would be a far more accurate prescription for such a blatant cash-grab. You tire of killing enemies? Do not worry, we got you. Now you must kill hordes of, quite literally, hundreds and survive. You tire of the same boring mechanics? Now we combine them! The worse thing about it, aside from being uninspired, is that the level design is rubbish (alongside, of course, the va*ina devils; set there just to annoy you and frustrate you farther.) So, you waste time trying to follow instructions, figuring out what you have to do and, worst of it: the save games. ‘You dead boy?’ Well then, guess what? Restart the level from zero, and if you are lucky enough half-way through. Madmind, if you read this, please improve Vydija’s model: she looks like a granny and better on the loading screens than she does in-game. And make the game fun, if you have ever heard the word that is. Improve the spells as well; 97% of them are useless, three are fun to use, and the rest are a mess.

Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000

One of the few fun games out there.

It isn't Mario Kart, but it is fun; which is saying a lot about Western games nowdays. Hopefully we will get more Japanese/Korean games in time; like DW, WO, Stellar Blade, &c. And you have a tron-like disc! it is easy if you want to kill some time, but if not, then buy Skyrim. The second is free somewhere on the internet somewhere if you want it too.

Grim Dawn

Downer review.

Grim Dawn is overall not a bad game, but it has some issues, for example the grind: if you are not into that and would rather like to play the game as is, then I would highly recommend you download the stash. With it you will not just be able to play the game the way you want, but for those who lack the time, desire or effort to do so, and waste hours upon hours of their life in the sensless grind: they may actually play it every now and then and be satisfied with the game. Grind this, grind that, kill “monster a” kill “monster b”, talk to “character x” go to Y place to get Z quest’s item: you get the idea? That is basically the game’s structure: boring, lifeless, uninteresting, and don’t even get me started on the armour, classes and all that crap, and the difficulties. Speaking of which: The game itself is typical, nothing extraordinary and certainly nothing you have never seen before, in short: it is your usual RPG. With cults, factions, etc: the nerds dream if you like. The characters for the most part are forgettable, and the game doesn’t forget itself nor what it is: a mindless game about killing monsters. Very similar to Crimsonland, at its core: so as said above, if you are into the grind; go for it, if you rather play the game for what it is and enjoy it to your hearts content (either because you lack the time/interest/effort or you are just not into the 'fun' grind stuff and would like to play it the way you desire (and don’t mind cheating a bit)); then I suggest you get the stash. So yea, go for it downers! And if naught of this stuff convinces you, then just do yourself a favour and buy the og Battlefront II (2005) and have fun. Games nowadays are either super boring or interactive movies anyway: So buying an old gem every now and then is nice. Particularly when it actually comes to enjoyment and fun, and not just interaction with 'character a' and 'character b': just mindless, sensless fun without restrains, and mods only make them better.

Genesis Alpha One Deluxe Edition

Don't be fooled by the front page.

No wonder they gave it for free… First with the pros: -Ship management manipulation plus strategies and whatnot. Great. -Cool cloning idea/Manipulation. Awesome. -Alien ship invasion, weapons and that’s it. -Graphics and so on are great. Including optimization. Cons: -Boring gameplay, Minecraft-like in space but boring, no, not even that just awfully boring. -Gameplay is basic; nothing outstanding, nothing incredibly tricky what annoys me the f*ck up is the lame grind. Over and over and over again, that is not fun. Period. -Everything else: the core idea is great, ships, aliens, planet exploration and attacks… but the grind, lazy execution and boring gameplay kills it off instantly. And don’t get me started on the resources and whatnot… Some people compared it to No Man’s, I can’t say because I never played it, but if No Man’s is like this boring claustrofuck, then I know what game I am never going to buy on GoG. So Thanks for the heads up. I don’t recommend it but since they gave it for free, I guess playing it every now and then won’t kill you. No wonder they gave it (snorts). So stay away if you value your sanity.

Middle-earth™: Shadow of War™

A Huge Step Back-Great Optimization(Pro)

Pros: -Combat improved; better movement, better moves, better everything. -Graphics; outstanding like its predecessor. But tones better. -Map; colossal, you can explore a shit tone more than the first and more regions. -No annoying stuff; say pick up arrows, now they do it automatically. -Army making; more context in exhibits. -More enemies; yay. Wiverns… -More weapons; yay. -More story; yay. More in exhibits. -More difficulties; Finally. -Dragon Riders Of Mordor. Cons: Before I begin with them, I am aware that this has little to nothing to do with JRRT world, nonetheless they are annoying to say the least; -Exhibit A; Shelob’s sexualization; yup, a spider, don’t get me wrong it is eye candy and all, but you know… it is a f*cking spider. In the lore in the books, in everything. Great for horny teens, I guess. I don’t mind it! -Exhibit B; Sauron. Jr; yup, you play as Sauron. Jr, in some odd way, you forge a ring, build your own army etc. Boring. why? It takes all the charm of the first one, in the first one you infiltrated the army and made them kill each other. This? It is a disgrace. A joke. -Exhibit C; made up story and origins, don’t have any problem with it just find it really bothersome, and you get the usual good/bad ending. Force unleashed anyone? Web of Shadows? Unoriginal af. -Exhibit D; Grind, like the last one. Gear, etc. Just what I want to do! -Exhibit E; woke allegations, I personally don’t have any problem playing as a black dude or and elf chick. I find these allegations absurd; I just leave it here just in case. -Exhibit F; Orcs, trolls, so on and forth, you can control them etc. I want to kill them not be some Sauron knock off overlord and conquer boring castles and all that. It is cool until you reach the ‘build your army’ phase. Count me out. -Exhibit G; you are so fucking limited is stupid, you can only equip x number of skills instead and like it would be logical; All. Conclusion; cool, fun game and a JRRT fanfic, is it worth? yes, it is.

Middle-earth™: Shadow of Mordor™ Game of the Year Edition

Middle-Earth. Spoilers Ahead.

Pros: -Combat; arkham like, easy and adaptable. -Movement; like a river the hobbit flows. -Fast travel; not needed but cool. -Nemesis sistem; interesting addition. -Got it for free. -Skins; yay. -Gollum; Yay. -Celebrimor; Let's go Boysss! -Mordor; You got me by the balls bro. -Elf powers/Ring Realm; I am sold. -Cool story? I am in. -Can run on my potatoe; what the hell bro, I'll buy the deluxe. Optimization is the best I've seen yet alongside the Tomb Raider Saga. You've got a potatoe? buy it. You get two games in one; Arkham X Orcs X Ac. -Runes: played witcher? you get the idea. Cons; -Can get boring; easily, I mean it. -Fast travel is useless; Walk man walk, they are trying to get you... -Mordor is boring; which goes according to the lore so nothing on that one. Well yea, actually yea. Exhibit E. -Use of nostalgia to hide flaws; -Exhibit A; enemies are super easy to kill. You played Arkham? You already played this. -Exhibit B; Arkham X AC re-skin. -Exhibit C; Powers are cool but most of the times... useless. Stealth kill this, stealth kill that, don't fuck up your combo, boom you are done. And if you mess up is either the nerves or you are not used to the game yet. -Exibhit D; Mordor is boring, period. Which having the amount of lore you have is not cool man. Which leads to; -Exhibit E; same enemy a thousand times, orcs? we have them, trolls? we have them, ghouls? we have them, no kill'em a thousand times and move to the next mission. Same issue as Batman and Spider-Man 2018... what do you know? -Exhibit F; Weapons, most useless period. Bow and sword, you are done. -Exhibit G: Goddam towers like Far Cry. So what the five stars? I enjoyed it despite of how luckluster it is, truth is it should be one. But since I can't play many games on my potatoe it gets five. Shout out to the devs for that. Great Optimization, period. And good game, overall and in my humble opinion. Is Tolkien, more or less, so I am in.

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition

Uninspired, boring, GTA copy-cat.

Awful; why you may ask? Let me ask you instead a question; does it add anything new to and already milked franchise? The answer is a clear no. Sleeping Dogs's bad and like all American copy-cats and uninspired at that, it doesn’t add anything new nor entertaining. The first few hours are fun until you begin to see the game's awful flaws. Cons; -The city is boring; lifeless, interactive to a really superficial level. -The gameplay is basic but has some cool implemented mechanics like car-slams from Need for Speed and guns like Mad Max. Rest is boring. -Story; as basic and cliché as it can get, not that it saves the game from its former flaws, but maybe to some people it would. To me however it didn’t, it is as uninspired as the game itself. -Mechanics; flawed and copy-pasted from other milked to death franchises though the combat is really cool but it feels like a Batman Arkham copycat. It has some karaoke part and you can get a few girlfriends if you are interested in that kind of stuff (and not real life). Pros; -No grind; unless you are interested in getting the fancy cars. -Good but uninspired gameplay; copy-pasted from others and as basic as it gets. -Cool characters. -Mayhem; to a point (you run out of bullets and can get no more). So should you buy it? In totally honesty I couldn’t care less. But if you are interested in milked to death franchises and uninspired games… sure! Go ahead! But it is a big no, no from me. But let’s be honest here, ok? Most games nowadays either have political propaganda, copy-pasted gameplay, shitty mechanics or are rushed the hell out to get hand in our moneys. Honestly American corporations, gameplay companies and whatnot should take notes from the Japanese, they still produce blasting games and the quality and gameplay is top notch and there is no shitty propaganda. I can’t recommend this or any game with the Corporate Touch, you are better playing older ones from the 2000s. This one however is not one of them. Peace.

Ideology in Friction Deluxe Edition

BIG TITS SELL.

But you know what sells better instead of this perverted shistfest? Yea, you guessed it right. Good Old Games, not Bad Perverted Games for Degen. Stop selling trash, look at your goodam wishes for once and fulfill them, the big ones; bring Halo, Elden Ring, Dark Souls, rED dEAD, CoD, GTA, Diablo... and Skyrim, Those will sell x10 or even more than this things. Bring them already and stop bringing this degenerative shite for pervs. You want money? You can get it by making the right deals and bringing the right stuff people have been rooting for for years, not porn sims. That I can assure you. Good old Games is your name, right? Or now it has changed to Depraved Immoral Games? W.T.F. Put your shit together. Still waiting for Prototype, a game old as hell that should have been here months/years ago, i bet Activ doesn't have any issue giving you the license to sell it, and as far as I am aware you are doing fine economically. So what's the hold up? Cyberpunk sold like cupcakes, the debuckle you pulled gave you free marketing over it at the cost of your reputation, makng more moeny for you but loosing all the trust earned from your past and the creative director of the Witcher 3 among other creative leads. Which means for you, new stuff, less money to pay, more advertising of your products and a new study to go against. And probably better. GoG sells well, The Witcher 3 even better, your debuckle has given you free advertising for years. where is the good stuff, what the hell are you doing CD/GoG?
