literally DnD 5e
I have been looking for a game that emulates DnD 5e perfectly, this is it. Excellently done.

DnD feeling caught and enjoyed
Wishing the developers great success with this game so that the next ones are even better. Greatly enjoyable piece of game, and great for scratching that DnD itch.

Good game, but
Graphic is outdated and writing wasn't the best either, but i believe that everyone did what they could, but resources were limited. It could be really good game if it was done with some bigger company (budget). Game is too short and there are so much things that should be improved. But the game still have some special spell and I really enjoyed the game and I have to recommend it. I would give 4 stars, but i took one out for technical issues which were not fixed yet , two years after release. I had to "play" with controls, to be able to play without stuttering on GTX3070 (60FPS limit, turning off lights, shadows, antialiasing).

A fine RPG except for the networking.
I've been sucked in... every week my family gets together to explore this story, and we all love it., but I picked this up to play with my family. 3 copies to play a Coop game. It's fun, creative, adjustable and entertaining. That is until you get kicked from the Photon servers. You see, this does NOT support simple LAN play but requires an internet connection to the Photon servers. When something goes wrong in that connection, you are dropped back to single player. I'm grateful that I don't lose my game, so I have an opportunity to save the game, exit, start up another Multiplayer session and invite everybody back in. But 5 times in 1 hour is too much to tolerate. Until fixed, do NOT consider this a Coop game. It is a single player game with a tease of multiplayer. I hope they fix the networking in the future, but until then, buyer-beware.

not great, not terrible
Played for 25h so far. If Pathfinder:Kingmaker feels like you have DM that wants to kill you, and BG3 feels like homebrew-heavy, very permisive GM... this game feels like it has very by-the-books GM. Yes, the crafting system, and feats are not exactly by the books, but otherwise, yeah, you get a RAW D&D5e experience. No mods to addd content outside of new campaigns, so you better like that. As far as crafting goes, it's pretty standard stuff... to craft stuff you need a recipe and ingredients. Both of those can be sometimes found as loot, or be bought from merchants. After that, you select something to be crafted, and the process is doing it's own thing while your party travels. Feats... yeah, this game has feats. Sadly, there is only about 20 of them, 6 of which is "deal 2 X damage with first melee hit of the turn", there is one or two that gives you more hitpoints, and the rest is mostly random mix of extra proficiencies. The Story is ok, however the method of every quest being given out in form of quick cutscene without any real way to influence the dialogue, leaves very MMO taste in my mouth. For that, together with the poor feat selection, one star down.
