Senteria: Yeah i'm an ex-pirate. Yar. I think the company deserves every credit. <3
Oh, quit bragging/join the club :P

archaven: [...]But i've seen pirates that love a game to death but never pay a single penny. Excuses are mainly no money.
Actually that's a pretty good excuse, not for pirating but for not buying a game. If you can't afford it then you probably should be focusing on financial aspects of your life more anyway... but I'm in no position to judge. Of course if you can afford it and truly love a game you should support it/it's developers.

Contempt: Yes and no, as I don't intend on using the feature at the moment not being able to register is not a big problem for me. But, it is still a feature that I am being denied, should I choose to use it in the future - and therein lies the problem, I AM being prohibited for using something that I should have the right to use, as a paying customer.
Hmm, I think in the past I would've thought that if something doesn't affect you in the present, you shouldn't waste time complaining/arguing about it. But now, my point of view has changed; if everybody just stayed silent because things didn't affect them directly, a lot of wrongs wouldn't be mended.

So, out of principle, I have to agree that while a cd-key is required to obtain certain services related to the game - a cd-key should be provided.
I don't know anything about the savegames nor do I care. The point why so many people are pissed off is that we want to registered our game showing our support and to use the forums there as well. What is so bloody hard to understand about that?

The TW1 and 2 are new forums here with maybe some users who have played TW1 before. That said, they might be able to shed some light on some issues and or plots to help us new players out. If we could regitster our game at the Cd site, we could interact a lot better with the original (first game) owners to help us.

If registering the game of TW1 is a moot point. I wish that Cd would say so and many of us would move on about this subject.

My 1 1/2 cent rant.

You can demand all you want, CDProjektRed aren't supplying any CD keys to Gog. Gog can't supply you with what they don't have.

Its a moot point now, at least until the official forums come back up anyway. Then its only valid if they still lock you out of certain areas of the site, unless you register a game to your account.

Guess so.

I'm waiting til Saturday Japan time to see what is going on with the site. If I still can't log in I'll shoot them an email.
Not happy about not being able to register the game. Im a paying customer so it should allow you to register the game. Even if we dont get keys they should find a way for GOG customers to be able to register with CDP (especially if you take into account gog and cdp are sister companies). If I had realised I wasnt gonna be able to register I would have bought it off STEAM instead.../sigh. My own fault I guess, should have reasearched it better before I bought. This is my first GOG experience and I must say im not a happy bunny :(

CD Projekt forums are down, so at this time there is absolutely no reason to register it, as they said before.

Also, I pretty much doubt they're going to keep their forums for registered users only when they come back.
