"Fiend blood runs through their veins, whispering cruel truths and evil ideas. Who are they? Tieflings, the outcasts of the civilized world."

The first DLC “The Wildcards” is finally here!

Intrepid explorers of The Stolen Lands can discover a new playable race the Tieflings, harness the power of a new playable class Kineticists, and booster their party with the companion the Tiefling Kineticist, who brings her own and rich engaging storyline.

This is good to hear, except there seem to be an issue with it. I have installed the dlc, and both race and class aren't present in game.

There are many people who like your game (including myself, at 150 hrs), want to play it, want to support it, and in fact have throughout the past two months that it has taken for the various bug fixes and updates necessary to put the later chapters of P:K in a remotely playable state.

The least that could be asked at this point for continuing support is a basic level of attention paid to your DLC releases, which would include, at a minimum, ensuring that when you put up a DLC on GOG for sale, and it is actually purchased by a fan, it can then be downloaded.

Yet, I have now tried multiple times to download the new DLC, only to find that it consists of a .1 MB update, which seems to include none of the DLC, having now also run the game multiple times.

Please fix this issue.

Likewise, I bought the DLC and it isn't in the game. I've made sure the DLC is activated, I've restarted the Galaxy client, and I'm currently trying to verify the game files. Nothing has worked so far.
Thank you for the reports! We will check what is the issue asap.
If you face this problem there is work around: "in order to see the new race you must create a new game -> exit it and then you see the new race"

But, please, provide info on what edition of the game do you own and what is your OS.
The workaround does work.

win7 ultimate 64
standard edition

EDIT:

Actually it doesn't work, at least for me. Portrait and model are there, but not the actual race nor the class.
Here is the image for reference.

I'll give the workaround a shot, thanks.

Standard edition (with Kickstarter tier 1 and preorder DLC)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Standalone Wildcards purchase

*EDIT* Same as Malkavian, the workaround doesn't work. It makes the Tiefling portraits appear and defaults you as a Tiefling if you select one, but you can't actually customize the chatacter or proceed past that because it says you haven't actually selected a race yet (which as you can see from Malkavian's screenshot Tiefling isn't listed there.)

Me as well. Did the new game and quit out thing, and the default new character is a Tiefling, but can't actually select it just like in the screenshot.

edit: guess i should put I have the explorer edition and i run just regular Win 10 Home

Have the imperial edition on GOG, Using Windows 10.
On starting a new game
No tiefling portraits
No tiefling race
No Kinetist class

If you perform the workaround on this link to access the bonus portraits from earlier DLCs
https://www.gog.com/forum/pathfinder_kingmaker/2_bonus_portraits_not_present
Then the 2 tiefling portraits are available but there is still no tiefling race or Kinetisist class.

Several people have reported the same issue on Steam.

EDIT:

Not using any mods
Windows 10
Imperial edition
Season pass which came with the imperial edition.

I would be curious if it was because of mods somehow. Was usually my go-to when skyrim stopped working. "alright, which one of you 154 mods did it this time"
