Over the course of its lifetime I reported a number of issues with Galaxy 2.0 to the implemeted Issue Tracker. As I've recently looked up my cases, none of those issues was recognized, worked on or solved by the developers. So I want to ask, what sense it makes for users to report issues, when there is literally NO feedback whatsoever from the devs? Are there even people working on reported issues? Anyone who can confirm, they are still working on reported problems?

To extend on that, I'm quite dissapointed with the lack of any communication from the Gog team on this forum.

Click the cogwheel in the top left and choose Changelog. Skim it for fixed bugs.
The February 16th update (latest), added a link to each game's forum. That was a frequently requested feature. The previous update, from December 21st, fixed an issue that was repeatedly reported on the forum. If I recall correctly, the problem was never acknowledged on the forum; the update was just out one day.
At the same time, security issues dating back years haven't been patched.

I share that complaint in general. For example, the forum loading issue went on for about 2 weeks. It was never addressed and seems to have been fixed silently.

And for another example, "Lets talk" but we'll just sit here not actually replying to anything anyone says in our own pinned message that's still constantly getting (mostly negative, and increasingly so as the Galaxy 2.0 beta continues to be forced onto users who have opted out of beta testing) feedback about the mess we're making and trying to pretend is fine.

When looking up various issues people have reported, the most serious problems are usually the ones sitting without any response, except to occasionally close a few copies of the same issue as "duplicate" and still leaving the problem itself untouched.

EDIT: Also current promised turnaround time is "we're not promising a response time" on support tickets, and I've got one that's been waiting for months without a response and has been open since 2020 with multiple wait times of 3+ months for replies during the almost 2 years it's been open.

I don't like how they are ignoring their own forum... sometimes the devs are even more active on Reddit than here...
