I have Alan Wake's American Nightmare on my account, but it doesn't appear in the library in GOG Galaxy 2.0 (2.0.15.43).

There was no such problem with this game in the previous version of the client.

Does anyone else have the same problem with this game in GOG Galaxy 2.0?

The game is still missing from my library, and there is no way to refresh the entire list of games in the client.

Any response from GOG staff would be nice.

So you mean you can see it when you open https://www.gog.com/account ?

Did you by any chance "hide" the game in the Galaxy 2.0 client? Its hide/unhide system is different from that on https://www.gog.com/account.

Yes, the game is available in my library on the site and in the orders section, but doesn't appear in the GOG Galaxy.

I definitely never used the "hide/unhide" feature. The game simply disappeared from the GOG Galaxy library a couple of weeks ago.

This is a known issue with Galaxy 2.0 and was known before it was forced on everyone. It's been reported a number of times. I've noted it as a problem - and the reason I reverted to 1.2 - in my open letter topic:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general_beta_gog_galaxy_2.0/open_letter_to_gog_and_message_to_support

And in case this prompts you to want to revert too:

Stop spamming this in every single thread ! You are repeating yourself, you are annoying, toxic and not helpfull to the community.
Same issue here. I also have American Nightmare on Steam and that doesn't show up in Galaxy 2.0 either.

I stated that the issue at hand - games disappearing from the Galaxy 2.0 client - is a known issue, and linked a relevant topic in which it comes up. I stated that the best solution I know of is to revert to an older version of the client, and linked a relevant topic with instructions on how to do so.

What exactly about posting relevant links to back up my assertions and provide further information do you consider "unhelpful"? (only one "L" on the end of "helpful" btw)

The game is still missing, GOG.

When are you going to finally fix it? I just want to play a game that I own.
Almost a month has passed since the game disappeared from my GOG Galaxy library, and there is still no reaction from GOG.

Noice!

What happens if you try to search for the game using GOG Galaxy global search ? (Ctrl+F and type the game title)
Does it show as owned game ? Can you see the 'Show game' button in the search results next to the game title?

Did you try "Sync integrations" command from the cogwheel menu ?

The game is marked as owned on the store page (as well as in the orders section), it's also available in my library on the website, but surprisingly it's not marked as owned in the global search in the client.

The "Sync integrations" command does nothing.

Maybe there is a way to reload the entire library in the GOG Galaxy by deleting some file(s)?

GOG Galaxy is 2.0.16.182 now, and the game is still not in the library.

I'm starting to lose my patience, GOG. Are you going to do SOMETHING with this problem?
Did you try to contact the support? Don't think the forum is the best way to get an answer from them .

Why then do we need this forum?

Moreover, GOG representatives answer questions in other topics, including similar topics about missing games. They just ignore this one.

All I want to know is how to refresh the entire library in GOG Galaxy 2.0 in order to regain access to the game that I own. I think that a whole month is enough to find a little time to answer this simple question.

I'm pretty sure that there is some database file that contains a list of games that can be deleted in order to force the client to create this list again. Maybe this action will help this game finally return to my library.
