Gothic series, Divinity series, Torchlight, and more computer role-playing games 50% off!

Hi! For those of you that still notice anything that's happening on GOG, that doesn't have to do with our exclusive digital release of [url=http://www.gog.com/gamecard/system_shock_2]System Shock 2, here's an overview of our RPG Weekend promo. You get the chance to grab some of the best RPG games available on GOG.com with a sweet 50% discount. This is also our first offer on the whole Gothic series, in quite a while. Those of you who follow GOG closely probably noticed that we don't discount the first Gothic often. Don't miss the opportunity to grab this classic gritty RPG! Let's see what other deals await you, shall we?

The Divinity series began with the 2002's Divine Divinity and continued with Beyond Divinity in 2004, up to 2009's Divinity 2. As for that last game, what we offer is the Divinity 2: Developer's Cut, the ultimate version of the game, that was released last year. You can get the whole series for as little as $16.

Torchlight is a wonderful offer for those of you, who love the hacking, slashing, and--mostly--looting part of the RPG genre. The game offers literally tons of awesome loot, ranging from armor and weapons, through scrolls and potions, up to magical crystals and artefacts. With many interesting ideas in the game's mechanics department an astonishing soundtrack available as extra bonus content, this one is practically a steal at $7.49!

But, as usually, that's only a taste of what awaits you on the RPG Weekend promo page. Start exploring!

Below, you'll find a new episode of This Week on GOG, a short video guide to recent events, promos, and other happenings on the site. By the way, if you haven't already, you might want to follow the GOG.com channel on Youtube, so you won't miss our shows, specials, and exclusive trailers.

tinyE: And on that note, how much longer to I have to be a member before I no longer have to buy keeveek a new game every week, and now that I think about it, how come none of the other noobies seem to have ever heard of this rule?!

It's because you're a noob.

Licurg: Don't ! I already got it as a gift from a friend yesterday. So I already have it. If you've already bought, do a giveaway for it :)
Well, you can give it to me! :D

Too late.
You were arguing for the Gothics, so Stooner (who seemed interested but unable to help) got it.

Np. :)
Gothic controls are tough, but like the other people said, you get used to them.

The game that's beneath the controls is well worth the trouble of getting used to it.

Try the game with each of the factions, I'd say it improves the perspective.

How can you miss it? People still say it to this day. Even if they didn't, I don't think I'd ever become too nostalgic over a phrase like that.
I miss gold editions now we have GOTY. Gold edition just sounded better
I got to purchase both remaining Divinities (II and Beyond) . Now I have all from the set, 52 games total on GoG, yay! Almost feel bad from not taking advantage of getting Witcher 2, but I'll get it another day, when I have my decent gaming computer near me again.

Great promo, guys!
