Lots of in-game footage!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is coming to GOG.com, DRM-free in 2014. We're genuinely excited about the prospect of distributing this title, as we believe that CD Projekt RED is about to make history with this one. A vast and detailed open world, dark and rich atmosphere, dynamic tactical combat, and excellent mature writing the series is well known for--everything about it sounds simply perfect. Understandably, every RPG fan is getting more and more anxious to play the third Witcher game, us included! Alas, just like everyone else, we have to wait. There is, however, a simple way to sneak a peek at how the game looks in action. Namely, we can all watch this VGX special trailer, made mainly out of in-game footage!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt VGX Trailer

Remember: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be available DRM-free on GOG.com in 2014. We'll be keeping you updated on all developments in this matter.

doesn't look to be much of an improvement so far over witcher 2 and i didn't particularly enjoy the button mash till combo-insta kill style of that. Just got tedious and boring. In fact best part of the game was the dice game, which is saying something; then again it's a bit like how final fantasy had that card based boardgame in it. Guess mini-games can make a title go a long way.
Looks pretty good to me, looking forward to getting to play the 3rd!
I'm already wetting my pant! The Witcher series is one of my all time favorites. Can't wait!
Nice trailer but too short.

I found the flyover over the big city most impressive.
Let’s see though what the final product will be like.

Same here. But judging by the trailers I like the setting/atmosphere better.

Remember an animation like a cutscene is technically part of gameplay even though it has no bearing on the actual experience of it's gameplay under direct user control.
Only at the very tail end did we see any real world gameplay experience and i could probably fire up the witcher 2 and do the same trick to make you think it's better than this sequel is. Pans forum to luscious pre recorded scene with overexposed HDR lighting then fades to black; makes shocking action scene out of 2second snippets of man waving sword at various things with resultant crunch sounds flash before your eyes.
- I'm not cynical, unfortunately as it turns out i'm realist.
AAARGH! Too many great games next year which I'll have to buy full price. Transistor, Hotline Miami 2, Hyper LIght Drifter, Fran Bow, Witcher 3... I really regret that I stopped being a pirate sometimes :D
I hope they release some specs soon, but honestly, I will be glad even if it runs on Low. And here's hoping that Dreamfall Chapters and my other kickstarted games stay on schedule. Next year in games is going to be legendary.

Will The Witcher 3 support Mantle?
Is this game still Sandbox Open World like Morrowind and Ultima 7?
Bought Witcher 1 and 2 for $7.50 on sale and it is just amazing!

Can't WAIT for Witcher 3 to come out! \o/
Love it. Still, before I preorder... well, a peek at the system requirements would be in order. ;)
Never buy a game based solely on the Trailer.

Unless it was made by people who hate DRM. Also the first two games were f*ck'n awesome.
Greatly looking forward to this game!
Even if the game did suck harder then the latest model Hoover I'll still be buying multiple copies.
I really hope this game's combat feels a little bit more like TW1's combat. TW1's combat felt much more tactical and planned. I hope you incorporate that style into this great series <3
