Yay, a freebie! Thank you Harebrained Schemes, thank you GOG! I loved the original Shadowrun Returns campaign, I can't wait to get into that one!

So I've heard that this expansion is the real deal. As in, the main game is lacking in many aspects such as the story, but this game is way better in the points where the main shows problems. Is that correct? Should I skip Shadowrun Returns and just start with this one?

And the soundtracks from both games are now bonus goodies in the DC version. I normally don't care one way or the other about the bonus stuff, but I really liked the soundtracks to these, they are composed by the guys who did the SNES and Genesis/Mega Drive Shadowrun games after all. Very cool of the developer to do this.
Seems cool! :)
Nice. Now if I only were able to download the DC. I redeemed my free copy of it, and all I get is the endless spinning circle of doom when I click the Dragonfall tab on my account page. =/
If I ever get done with Skyrim, this is next :)
Anyone else having a problem getting the download links to load up after clicking the game shelf box? I click on the box, but it just loads (i.e. circle thingy) forever.

Ditto.
Is the standalone Dragonfall the same price as it was when it was an expansion pack/DLC?

Loads better. You can always play Dragonfall then fallback to vanilla.
Awesome, thanks guys! I stopped playing Dragonfall a couple hours in when I found out about this, and have been eager to get back into it.

p.s. - It's having trouble loading on my shelf as well. I'll give it a few minutes and try again.
