Gods Will Be Watching is a minimalistic “point and click thriller” centered on despair, commitment, and sacrifice as players face narrative puzzles and moral dilemmas that will affect both the lives of your team and the people you’re are sworn to protect. Set against the backdrop of an interstellar struggle, the game follows Sgt. Burden and his crew in six tense chapters from hostage situations and wilderness survival to biological weapon prevention and agonizing torture scenarios. Each decision is crucial and players will need to choose between the lives of their team and the saving the world from genocide. There's no good or evil, just decisions, with only you and the gods as a judge to your actions.

If you're looking for an original gaming experience filled with mature themes and gripping gameplay, you know you can count on Devolver Digital to deliver just that. Get Gods Will Be Watching Special Edition for $19.99 on GOG.com.

GOG.com: intersterral
Intersterile? Sounds painful.
So, there are changes in the game or it's just the goodies?
I'm confused slightly with the Special Edition Upgrade DLC - why it's listed as a separate item in my game shelf? And what is inside of Windows only installer?

„With games on GOG.com we bundle exclusive content as free bonus download” not anymore! >:(
Not even a sampe track in the basic edition.

Sadly.

Obviously it's not GOG's fault, but barebones game editions look so... vanilla.

SE works on XP while basic version on Vista+...that is odd :-P

Seems insane to double the price for a digital artbook, soundtrack, and comic. If the stuff was physical maybe, but for a couple pdfs or whatever that I'd view once or twice and then never again? Ehhh. This SE upgrade should be at most like $5 imo.
Today is day of release extravaganza on GOG ;)
It's on my wishlist, but when I do finally play this I'm saving the doggie every time. The rest of the crew can get mulched for all I care :p
So only the SE will work on XP?Is this for real???

Not a fan of this kind of SE release policy.Or a complete dlc mess like with Sword of the Stars.Hope Gog doesn't get too confusing and doesn't stretch itself too thin with all the recent addtional services.

*facepalm*

Obviously they try, but if the developer/publisher for a new(!) game wants to sell that stuff only as a paid upgrade/SE, what are they supposed to do?

Seriously, people...
