ala88: First purchased on GOG (blade of darkness), money was taken from my card but the game don't appear in my account.
I really hope that the problem will be solved soon.... someone can help me or tell me if is it normal?
For some reason I'm unable to log into our system remotely (I'm in my hometown for the weekend), so unfortunately I cannot check your payment attempts in detail. I don't want to keep you waiting for your game, so I'm gonna trust you on this and I've just processed one of your payment attempts manually. You should now have access to your game, and should get an order confirmation e-mail soon.
Once JuriJ logs into this system, he will investigate this properly. If it turns out that the payments were actually rejected (and the funds on your card were only blocked, not charged), JuriJ will send you instructions on how to send us the money manually through PayPal, so that we're all square. ;)
If you could send a reply to your Support ticket, and quote my message, I would appreciate it. JuriJ would immediately know what to expect, without me contacting him personally (who knows, maybe he's having a nap right now?;)).
Edit: Nevermind, just figured out that I could check the payment myself anyway, since it was a PayPal transaction. It was a 50/50 change but I accepted the right one the first time. ;)
Thiev: I pinged Support guys, but I cannot promise they will respond today. Opening a ticket, if you hadn't already, is the best way to get it resolved quickly.
keeveek: I don't know about that. It seems that usually making a forum shitstorm is quicker than writing email to support :P
That's pretty unfair, you know? :(
The crucial Support mailboxes are covered during the weekends, but, true enough, if you make a forum thread, odds are one of the resident GOG forum prowlers will notice it, and hit me up via PM, Skype, Facebook, SMS, brick-flung-through-window, or other means of conveying messages. At which point I can look into it regardless of whether or not there's someone currently working in my department, and regardless of the ticket's position in the queue. ;)
