Licurg: You know, this just happened to me too. I bought the entire catalogue, and it took my money out of paypal, but I don't have all the games in my account.
Hehe, jokes aside, we would remove the games if no payment was made, so at the end of the day, even if one would to trick us, and download all those "purchased" games before we realized it was an elaborate ruse ;), they would be stuck with what they would have gotten from pirate websites anyway - a bunch of installers and bonus content, with nothing to show for it on their GOG shelf.
At the end of the day, we believe that there are easier ways to get games than tricking GOG staff, so we don't get too paranoid and distrustful of legitimate users and customers. :)

Firek: The crucial Support mailboxes are covered during the weekends, but, true enough, if you make a forum thread, odds are one of the resident GOG forum prowlers will notice it, and hit me up via PM, Skype, Facebook, SMS, brick-flung-through-window, or other means of conveying messages. At which point I can look into it regardless of whether or not there's someone currently working in my department, and regardless of the ticket's position in the queue. ;)

Last time I emailed support they updated an ENTIRE DOWNLOAD!!! I don't want to hear shit form anyone about them!

I would guess that the pirate sites don't offer any bonus content, such releases are usually quite bare-bones in my experience (why yes, I do enjoy "extended demos", and have bought many games, movies, and music albums due to them).

YOU JUST GAVE HIM A LOAD OF BONUS CONTENT WITHOUT MAKING SURE THEY WERE APPROPRIATELY PAID FOR! YOU COMMIES!

Instead of making this capslock post, you could check on torrents. Most of the GOG games are uploaded with all bonus content.

It was in jest, and I'm not actually bothered by the facts in this case. If I was serious, I would have.
