I assume the question to me is why I didn't simply state I'm Town. Well, my poor way of reasoning was
- with one exception no one was making clear statements
- I had (and still have) no way of proving Town claim on my own. It's always word against word.
- because of that^, I thought that simple 'I'm Town' post will make others almost automatically flag me as Mafia, for trying to be too 'townish' without a proof.

from response to that I already saw it completely backfired, as written in my earlier post. (300#) A mistake that won't be easy to fix.

Unless I misunderstood the call for explanation?

Sorry about that. I may not be able to mod any longer, I'm in the middle of trying to make sure the transition will be a smooth one. If I can't swap it over to someone else I'll continue to mod, but forgive me for my mistakes here at the moment at least.

I'm having a harsh time IRL and showing the signs of the first stages of schizophrenia, so this is a hard thing for me to keep up with right now. If I have to continue I'll try my best to be more timely and truthful about votecounts and such, but I'm an unmedicated crazy lady with financial stress out the ass, so please try to be understanding if I fail.

Thanks a lot in advance. Hopefully we'll either have a new mod or I'll be able to steer my ass back onto the road in the next 6 hours. Till then, please try to sit tight.

EDIT: Also, GAME IS DAMN CURSED.

(reading back through his last post) All right, one mistake - I do not think "In lieu of" quite means what I thought it meant. :P

@Robbeasy - Hold on, hold on, I was sure NMillar's vote was left on Pazzer from when he suspected him of lurking? It was when NMillar was voting for Damnation in which the RVS vote was left on him and was later given further reasons.

Correct. My vote for pazzer was not RVS; he may have become more visible recently, but it feels like a reaction to me calling him out.

Sorry to hear that Ghost. Have really enjoyed your flavor. In fact that was the main reason I wanted to join this game.

As you're no longer going to mod I would ask to be replaced. But that would be a bit unfair on my replacement. So instead i'll just make this my last post.

Thanks everyone for a great game have had loads of fun.

Had a great laugh reading the reasons people used to vote for me. Really makes you look scummy as there are so many better reasons. Would be hilarious if one or more of Orryyrro, TwilightBard and Nmillar turned out to be mafia.

I think Rodzaju, Robbeasy, QuadrAlien and even Violator are town. Am 70/30 in favour of Thiev being town. But still think you should check him out. Just in case.

...Actually, I was discussing staying on as the flavor-writer. I still need to be occupied mentally, it's mechanical, thoughtless tasks that are hard on me.

EDIT: And part of the game is broken. It may be salvageable, I don't know. Likely it would take too much work either way. This has taken an enormous toll on me, watching this happen to this game, which I have been working on in some form since the start of my first Mafia game. I'm not sure the game can go on anymore, and so I'm sorry to say that this will be the first GOG Mafia that will be canceled.

I can't be civil about this if I go on any further, so I'm going to drop the solution on Orryyrro and leave it at that. I'm in no state to continue with posting the setup, etc, so you will have to do without that until, hopefully, I can return in a mentally stable form.

There was no point in deliberately ending the game, one of the people who looked at the setup (Zchinque perhaps) could have take over as mod. Instead of being unfair on your replacement you've been unfair on everyone.
