Please don't panic, we are trying to resolve the problem.

I don't know what happened yet, but I can assure you that all such changes on the accounts are not made by us, but by some kind of glitch in the system, that has to be found and repaired: that's why it is important to write and describe it to support :)

Everything is fine on my side, in the tool I use to look at your accounts, so nothing is lost, it is only, er, invisible for you.

JoeyJoeJoe87, or anyone with a similar problem, please write to us here: http://www.gog.com/support/contact/general_website_questions

I promise that everything will be okay as soon as we find and exterminate the problem :)

I changed the title of the thread, as the problem is resolved and we don't want people to open it just to downrep the OP for bad wording :)

stg83: Yep, the thread title is much more appropriate now. I really like your avatar as it reminds me of the Playstation 2 game Okami and its a shame we can't see the animated version of it on the forum. :)

It could prove a bit problematic for people who have several hundred games in the account. I can't necessarily tell right away if something is missing, especially for those games which are not sold by GOG anymore (Fallouts etc.). I sometimes count my GOG games though, just so that I know I'm in a certain ballpark.
Actually, it affected only the accounts created today and yesterday.
It is being fixed, at least for the people who wrote to support, so if you see someone newly registered who complains about such things, please redirect them to us.
