SStefania: Please don't panic, we are trying to resolve the problem.
I don't know what happened yet, but I can assure you that all such changes on the accounts are not made by us, but by some kind of glitch in the system, that has to be found and repaired: that's why it is important to write and describe it to support :)
Everything is fine on my side, in the tool I use to look at your accounts, so nothing is lost, it is only, er, invisible for you.

It could prove a bit problematic for people who have several hundred games in the account. I can't necessarily tell right away if something is missing, especially for those games which are not sold by GOG anymore (Fallouts etc.). I sometimes count my GOG games though, just so that I know I'm in a certain ballpark.
Hmm, last time I seem to have recorded on 30th of May how many games I have in my account, so maybe I'll check from the email how many games I've bought after that, and whether it matches what is in my account now...
