Please don't panic, we are trying to resolve the problem.

I don't know what happened yet, but I can assure you that all such changes on the accounts are not made by us, but by some kind of glitch in the system, that has to be found and repaired: that's why it is important to write and describe it to support :)

Everything is fine on my side, in the tool I use to look at your accounts, so nothing is lost, it is only, er, invisible for you.

Actually, it affected only the accounts created today and yesterday.
It is being fixed, at least for the people who wrote to support, so if you see someone newly registered who complains about such things, please redirect them to us.
