Hmm... seeing as how they put out the enhanced edition for free of the first Witcher (or rather, free upgrade if you already owned it), I'm guessing it'll be something like that since they specifically target Witcher 2 fans who own or will buy the game.

but, seeing as how april 5 is my birthday, i hope it'll be something good!
What about Fallout? It's pretty much legendary pc rpg.
Since it's for Witcher 2 owners, it'll probably be something as awesome as Witcher 2.
I sure hope it's The Witcher 1, as recently I got a new hardware (but still old compared to nowadays) and I could play The Witcher demo and loved it!
You silly geese, it's quite clearly Descent to Undermountain to be released to the GOG faithful free.

Don't pretend you won't download it.

F1ach: I still have Blood Omen on XBOX, I tried it recently and its amazing how forgiving we were back in those days, the controls were pretty crap tbh. I lved the series back then, but I would find it unplayable now.
We were talking about Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain which is a top down action rpg by Silicon knights that came out for PC and PS1 not Blood omen 2 big difference but yeah Blood omen 2 was meh bth.

All the upgrades for the witcher games as far as i know have always been free. If you have the regular edition you can update to whatever dlc or version it is for free.

They've already announced that they'll be providing the update for free for TW2, so it seems it'll be something else on top of that.

hedwards: I bet they're announcing that GOG shall no longer sell games, but will now only sell women's shoes at discount prices.
Haha! I get the sentiment. I'm still holding out hope. Right now gog.com is like a stamp of quality (I don't have to research if the game has DRM or not) but I'm getting the feeling that it's losing some of the charm it had for me too.
So do you need to own The Witcher in order to get the free game?
I will curse GOG if they will give us The Witcher EE . :p
I already own that game .

We don't know all that we do know it's not what we think it is and that the guy that was interviewed misspoke about what exactly we don't know

Pheace: I would assume this is when Atari got it under control though, it arrived with the whole box-set. And it was already on GG before that I believe. So although I commend Gog on their efforts, I'd assume the 'mess' was handled before they got it.
It wasn't on Gamersgate. No. But there was an Interplay branded retail release in the UK before GOG got it. I'm still not at all clear what was going on there. But both Interplay and Atari denied all knowledge.
