Nergal01: Thursday, Shmursday, what about tomorrow?!

From GOG's twitter:

Quiet day, last hours of weekend promo http://j.mp/ActiGOG, waiting for tomorrow's double barrel blast of awesome ಠ_ಠ

So...two games tomorrow or a shooter?
They've still got Darwinia and Spacechem waiting in the wings, so those are probably tomorrow.

Nah they will keep them in Soon state at least till next week... Definetly old games are coming tomorrow cause there was no older games release recently... about the OP...
A long shot but... can it actually be Diablo 1 lol and a big fat contract with Blizzard for the older games of the company :D (yeah I know daydreaming)
Probably Witcher 1 but it can be other RPGs as well.

Broken Sword one and Empire Earth were available for free on certain days and they aren't published by Cdjprojekt.

hedwards: I bet they're announcing that GOG shall no longer sell games, but will now only sell women's shoes at discount prices.

That one was actually way too obvious. Everybody knows about your foot fetish.
Heh, that was interesting announcement. Wish they'd made it a while ago BEFORE I bought The Witcher.

Would've been nice to get it for free AND have it be a GOG version.

Oh well, I suppose I'll still take the GOG version anyway since it will be DRM free.

Isn't Blizzard including Diablo 1 and 2 with the Diable 3 collectors edition?
I thought that "legendary" may point to Legend Entertainment, but I can't find any rpg in their catalogue, only Interactive Fiction, Graphic Adventures and... Star Control 3
So "GOG" is "giving away" a "legendary" "RPG" for "free". Hm... how "exciting".

Hoboken is a mixed breed Adventure/RPG. Quite a fun one.

Damn... Cholesterol'd

Nope from Blizzard: The USB also includes full versions of Diablo II and Diablo II: Lord of Destruction

They can't add Diablo 1 - for some reason Diablo 1 was released by Ubisoft (Europe)/Blizzard (North America) and I guess Ubisoft still have some part of that exact title... Anybody can correct me if I am wrong
Ah, neat. Didn't know about the unofficial patch for Arena.
Thank you, GOG, for always keeping your customers in mind. This is the sort of gesture that makes me feel bad about not buying any games in a while as I work through my backlog, so I might spend a little after payday.

Buying games not for fun, but to get rid of my guilt? My priorities are messed up.
Its this sort of customer focusing that makes me support these devs, Just bought a second copy of W2 AK last week (in PC World) on top of the one with the papercraft and coin, It's Version 2.0, so I would have it fully patched for the enhancements due on 17th Apr. I will also buy a copy of the 360 version.

I cant think of any other dev I would do this for.

EDIT : I hope this isn't just for gog owners as mine are retail discs from Play.com and PC World.

My girlfriend thought GOG stood for "girl-on-girl" the first time she saw it on the bank statement. Maybe that will come true.
