It boils down to being lucky to not have problems. Because they don't fix what is broken. Blaming covid is a bullsh!t lie. They don't want to invest more money in hiring people to deal with the customers they have. But the irony is , that in not hiring more people, they actually lose more money, by customers giving up on GOG altogether. Its literally every day we have forum rants about this.
