I commented on the open Zendesk ticket a couple times already, as I was experimenting with several banks and with GOG wallet. I guess that it has the same effect than replying to the e-mail?
Lol, what a roller coaster ride, today I was able to use my card via PayPal, and it WORKED! So everything is almost back to normal as my naked card still doesn't work, but that's OK as I can just use PayPal instead!
yeah, it's happened to me a couple of times this year. Also a bunch of gateway errors on GoG's part. I missed out on quite a few deals because of it. Just tried yesterday though and was ok for me. Hate to hear that you had this happen.
I suggest contacting your card company, the transaction was probably flagged as suspect by a bot for "reasons" . That kind of shit happens even with bigger fish than GOG.
