SBKillerDram: I bought a nvidia gtx 970 on the 16th and then I received my promo code and entered it on the site. I then received my order conformation email from GOG and the site said the game will be available to download on the 19th. It is still saying that..I've tried the using the accounts/refresh link and that doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to first this issue?

JudasIscariot: Because the Witcher 3 is not out yet :)
Does this also apply to the Steam version ? :p

Too bad CDRed isn't working with AMD this time, just bought me a R9 290 last week and no W3 code ;( . AMD cards are more multicore friendlier and ready for the red engine.

actually i was surprised that nvidia did get cdpr onboard, given the last years news suggested that they intended to work with ati (ps4/xb1) and implement mantle. this turn indicates nothing good

Yeah true... although all witcher games were endorsed by Nvidia. But I don't think CDR will screw AMD users... (they haven't done it in the past). Also and AMD insider has confirmed AMD working with the devs....

Would they? A GOG employee can get any GOG game without paying, but to get the same game on Steam they'd have to buy it normally. So why would they eliminate him if he gives them money?
Now, if he was suggesting that other people get it on Steam, that's a different story.

Yeah, that's a real shame, but for some reason CDPR favors nvidia. Witcher 1 was nvidia "optimized". Don't remember if W2 was the same.

Witcher 3 would be so amazing on AMD's Mantle, it's basically the only stunning feature of Dragon Age Inquisition is the Mantle mode, shadows, lighting and effects are simply on a level above DX11.

yeah mantle is an amazing thing when implemented right. I just bought my r9 290 and mantle makes things sooo much smoother. I think it will be something useful when games start to utilize more cores of the processors. Cause right now single processor use is AMD's weakest point.
