I bought a nvidia gtx 970 on the 16th and then I received my promo code and entered it on the site. I then received my order conformation email from GOG and the site said the game will be available to download on the 19th. It is still saying that..I've tried the using the accounts/refresh link and that doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to first this issue?

I don't see why you would get the bonuses, but it would be useful to know from someone who has used the promo code!
