No user list afaik. And the forum search function is ... well just don't bother.
If you know their name you could try a search in the "Chat With" field of the chat page. Similarly you could search for someone using the "Invite New Friend". I don't know how the visibility privacy setting affects these. Lastly you can use an external search engine and look for posts in the forum.
Otherwise, no: no list to scroll through.
