Well soon™ is the only answer. There is no news or post indicating anything about the time it will be finished. Only recent news we got is about some more features coming for testing sometime soon™

Software like Galaxy is never finished, not while GOG is still in business. However when will Galaxy have a release candidate... who knows. Steam in comparison stayed in beta for a few years before it had a release version.
Scientists are divided on the matter, wether there will be an inverse big bang or time and space will just stretch so thin I disappears.
