Okay Okay joke is over. :P

I don't know what it is, but I would imagine Telika would appreciate an actual serious guess. :D

Well, I did actually spend 20 min trying to photoshop it into a proper trench run, but then I realised there was a slight disproportion between the effort and the result. So.

Different hint. While I generally like the "ooh, i didn't remember that shot was in that movie" aspect of this thread, here I go straightforward for the iconic scenes. Those who saw it will probably have no hesitation.

Telika: Okay, let's go with an easily recognizable one.
It's "Bad Lieutenant" by Abel Ferrara with the always great Harvey Keitel.

Personal Fun fact: back in the 90's, there was the trailer of it on my French VHS of "Bullet In The Head" (by John Woo) and it was a very good one so while I watched Woo's movies countless times in my youth, I always liked to watch the trailer of Bad Lieutenant and fantasizing about the movie. I actually only saw it only many years later (and I liked it, I still must have the dvd somewhere)

Personal Fun Fact Redux: The US trailer is quite horrible:

and by the secret miracles of youtube, there's actually the exact French trailer which I used to watch and love. A clear case of how changing the music, cut, mood and narration can impact how we foresee a movie:

Yeah, gritty as fuck, that's how I like my Ferrara :o)

It looks like it could be from Greenaway's Pillow Book.

:) I watched it on cinema and it is I think one of the better films of Greenaway.

Anyway, my movie is pretty easy to recognize. If you identify the man in the picture, you'd probably guess it right immediately.

LOL, I know the actor and the movie as it's a classic around here :o)

But I'll leave someone else guess it ;)
