This game is from 1997.

It is a multiplayer game which allowed you to (from what I remember) pilot vehicles as well.

The name was actually two words, but written as if it were one. The second word was in... ALL CAPS.

I actually saw it on Ancient DOS Games not too long ago, so there. I played a ton of games from that time as kid but for some reason this one slipped through my radar back then.
