I love GoG and I really want to jump into the community. I have been looking through the games category but I am really not sure where to start. What would you say are the top 10 games that you should get when starting a GoG account. I have been with GoG since 2014 but I really haven't done anything with it. I want to get some good game that I can spend plenty of awesome hours playing some sweet games.

What do you guys think the top ten games are?

I know "Planescape: Torment" is a must-have on everyone's list...(I own it, but have not played it yet.) Sacrifice is mentioned a lot on the forums.

I'm not really sure about other games, since I tend to like off-the-wall things. I also don't know what genres you like. Based on my personal preferences, I think the top classic games include Myst, Gabriel Knight, The Longest Journey, and Kings Quest.

I'll just step in here for Licurg and say Sacrifice.

I reckon there are a lot more than 10 must haves, but IMO you could get those as a start and look at your shelf and confidently say, "Yup, those are Good Old Games, alright."

That a bit difficult honestly, but if I had to pick top10 must haves they would be:

1.) A 'quest' game : Space Quest, King's Quest or Police Quest
2.) System Shock 2
3.) FTL
4.) Terraria
5.) Dungeon Keeper
6.) One or several games from , several of which are non-negotiable, including [url=http://www.gog.com/game/star_wars_knights_of_the_old_republic]KOTOR
7.) Abe's Oddyssee
8.) and/or [url=https://www.gog.com/game/commandos_2_3]Commandos 2
9.) Wing Commander IV
10.) A Sierra city builder, like Caesar 3 or Pharaoh

and this leaves out a hell of a lot of other must have titles, such as psychonauts :-\

Oh yes, and unless you want to end up on a list, with your name possibly added in blood, get this game or at least say that you did.
