Telika: I abandonned "clicker heroes" a while ago (roghly at the same time I completed "idle evolution"), and I'm finishing "death squad". I suspect I'll grow tired of "swarm simulator" soon.

But "adventure capitalist" ? Seriousy ? Bleh.
Hey, you didn`t play "Galactic Clickers"?
That`s where the Vigintillion is real!

I already played that game a lot, and already put it down. Along with Incremental Reactor. They seem to pull out the part of me that wants to be optimal making me play them far longer than I should...

Hmmm rechecking that game I see my saved game is gone... thankfully I have a backup somewhere...

That game baffles me.
I've read positive reviews about it, so I am inclined to think that it's not a piece of crap.
And it's free.
And while it does have microtransactions they are not necessary to have a fun experience with the game.

I am dumbfounded.

Fortunately for me, that part of my brain was scooped out with a melon-baller a while ago so, I am quite complacent with my inefficiencies :]

I want to see how far I can get before my first ascension but, it seems I have hit a brick wall. I am up to level 141 but, I know my current DPS and even superhuman clicking won't get me through the next boss. The problem is the next available hero costs 10 duodecillion coins and at best I can farm up 2 octillion a second.

google tells me that it will take 5e+12 seconds to farm up that many coins. I wish I could read scientific notation...

another inquiry to google suggests that's 158444 years :.C

Level 48 and only one Fire Mage.
It all started with one humble cookie.

Now the madness won't stop.

Well some things you can do. You can make a clicker app which does 20-40 clicks a second, which i use occasionally. use.

You can continue upgrading your current heros. After level 200 or 225, they get +25% damage per 25 levels, so even the lowest one will become helpful. Also if you aren't doing it, upgrade them as much as you reasonably can.

You can defeat lots of enemies or bosses. There's a statistics window which tells you if you kill enough of them (100k for example) you'll get a boost in DPS, usually +5%

beyond that and using the skills your guys give at higher levels (super click, huge crit damage chance, etc) beating higher bosses to unlock your men on the next level, not sure.

Take the number and move the period that many 0's over. so 5e+12 = 5,000,000,000,000 seconds, which is 158 thousand years or something...

yeah, mine is set to click in random intervals between 6 and 28 ms apart so, like between 35 and 166 clicks a second--really it's tuned just right under the threshold of the game calling BS on me. Still, it just barely took down the last boss with all the CDs fired-off.

did not know this. although a 25% bonus to crap DPS is still crap DPS

It's something i found by accident. But don't let it fool you, if you level it up enough it will be compatible to your newer heros. At one point only my newest 5 heros were doing DPS 98% of the damage between them (at least 60% from the newest), however upgrading all my lower heros to the highest amount i can while not slowing down much of my income soon made it so my last 5 heros were only doing 20% of the damage or so. (Course i had 20 other heros).

Oh, and so you don't go on a clicking craze, if memory recalls right, Ctrl, and z give you +25, +100 to the levels rather than +1 default, for heavier upgrading.

Course if you aren't making like 20O per second, then maybe it won't help you until you ascend a couple times...

actually it's a 4X bonus!

I just dropped 10 novemdecillion upgrading all my heroes, now my second most powerful hero (a 1X gilded, Lvl 900 Ivan the Drunken Brawler) is contributing a whopping 0.41% of the total DPS ;D

Although I did unlock the mentor achievement for all the training to the tune of a 5% DPS bonus so, all in all it was worth it.

Oops, my mistake. I don't think I've touched the game for 3 months, I knew it was 4 something, although there's a huge difference between 1/4th and 4x :P

edit: The game is a bit different than i last remember. Lots of new added levels, i think 240 was the limit before, although i barely got to 160 before. But with rubies and the chance to gilded 3 heros does make that more likely. Still...
