What does the title even mean? That promo neither has one game in it nor is it from one dev.

Not a real promo but the full price of The Flame in the Flood just decreased $5.00. [1]
It was $19.99 and is now $14.99.

The game appeared in Flash Deal for once, which was $5.99 (70% off for $19.99).
If it appear again, the discounted price would be $5.99 or $4.49.

With a strange bug in the stacking promo logic: I'm seeing the discount on Tropico 5: Complete Collection Upgrade as 0% with everything selected, 80% with all unowned items but one selected. (Deselect another unowned item and the discounts drop from 79/80% to 74/75%.)
