I have no idea how you even FOUND that, but yes, something along those lines, although I imagined something a little more square.

the stuff in the rectangle is actually 2 acres. Now just to confirm the road doesn't wrap around the well?

Correct. There's a patch of woods behind the well, so either you park on the road somewhere and start hiking in, or you drive your car straight up to it if you have no time to be bothered with that sort of thing.

Actually there is no judge and we got the shovel.. xD
Reminder and observations!

7:55- Water is out (water was out for one hour)
8:55- Workers complete project to restore water- Workers go on break (25 to 30 min break)

Distance- 7 miles away/ About 20 minutes away following speed limits

9:08- Alarm sounds at bank and assuming the guard was right there and not from a far away location a fight started right there and then

Distance- 7 miles away/ About 20 minutes away following speed limits

9:16- Washer is turned on
9:20/9:25- Workers return from break and notice a man dragging a body, detain man and call police
9:31- Police arrive- Suspect detained
9:41- Washing machine timer goes off- Washing cycle is 25 minutes- Suspect is in custody

Observations- will edit later but this smells funny how the hell did the workers see him in the middle of the field in the dark..... why were they so far away from the well? they were fixing the well! but it was fixed, so why return? again ill update this later. i know they couldn't of done it themselves because it doesn't fit the time line but maybe.....

There's a judge and I have puzzles. Watch it, or YOU'LL be on trial next, buddy boy!
So, the second robber wanted to ditch the wounded / dead robber's body in the well.

Then we have Whitemane, who was trying to wash his clothes after a small kitchen accident, but the washing machine wouldn't work. He tried the kitchen sink, but no water there, so he decides to stroll over to the well on the other side of the field, where he notices the body and decides to carry it home, because he recognises the body as the travelling salesman. Then he gets spotted by the workers, etc...

Not guilty so far. If we go for more evidence, I'll pick Laundry Analysis, Defense Witness

Seems pretty correct. I'll pick Laundry Analysis, Defense Witness\ again too.

agentcarr16: Also, Puzzlemaster. Have you ever actually walked through a field of tall weeds? I've never walked in one that made a good path with one trip.

zeogold: Have YOU ever DRAGGED A BODY through a field of tall weeds?
...actually, wait, don't answer that. I'm afraid you might say yes.
Twice.

It was a poor choice of name for a man that was about to step among 11 hungry other men. See what I did there? Hungry Men.

"12 Hangry Men"
Interesting.
one question, which direction is the path with the body on, and towards which road did his feet point?

"We found the body about midway along that path" - "you think the path had been made by the dragged body"
Still rather clinches it.

Time for this to happen is too tight, the stack of evidence and the police all point to a single out come.
The fact that the workers came back _and_ saw someone through the tall weeds in at least low light.
The police should have acted on evidence earlier then they did.

The whole town is in on this.
