Notes: The game has checkpoints and continues, but they're only while the game is running...you need to clear a level to save your progress. Also, make sure to upgrade your weapons(you collect glowing items to do so from enemies).

(there is also a sorta sequel that runs alongside it, but I didn't play it yet)
